Author and inspirational speaker, CJ Golden, has a passion for helping others find joy in their life journeys. Her first book, Tao of the Defiant Woman, was born out of a personal need to find her own inner strength. She then brought her Tao and defiant attitude to teen and pre-teen girls through Tao-Girls Rule! Recently she became caregiver to her husband, Joe, after he suffered cancer-related strokes. Blogging about that, the greatest challenge of her life, she turned her work into her newest book: One Pedal at a Time.

Fantastic!!! I received this book in the mail and started to read it that very same evening. Of course I finished it in one sitting. I became especially interested in near death experiences as well as the afterlife, heaven and hell recently after losing a dear friend to suicide. I have had so many, many questions about these subjects. To be honest the more I read the more confused I can become. And on near death experiences I go back and forth on whether I believe in the truth of them. I can honestly say now after reading this book and reading about Tracy's experience for the first time I truly believe these do happen. I have no reason to doubt a single word he spoke about his NDE. It has also helped me feel comforting thoughts about my friend knowing he is in a place free from his pain. I would recommend this book to everyone who has any doubts or even to those who already know about these experiences. A great, well-written book.
