The photos are beautiful, the poses are the ones we have known for a long time now, from the “simplest” to the most acrobatic. At the end there are sequences that in my opinion are the most useful part of the book. If you are mainly interested in the poses, without thoroughly investigating the theories behind them, this is the perfect book.
Le foto sono belle, le pose sono quelle che ormai si conoscono da tempo, dalle piú "semplici" a quelle piú acrobatiche. In fondo ci sono delle sequenze che secondo me sono la parte piú utile del libro. Se vi interessano soprattutto le posizioni, senza indagare a fondo le teorie che le sottendono, questo é il libro perfetto.
