TV series was one of my very favorites. Mr. Preisler does a fine job capturing it's feel. The teaming of Pembleton and Munch was interesting, and not something often seen on the show. Only one disappointment, and that was the lack of a good "Frank in the Box" scene. Fans of the show...you guys know what I mean. Until I saw them on this site, I had no idea that Mr. Preisler had written two other "Homicide" novels. I'll have to get them. If you miss the show as much as I do, then you will want to read this book.
