The detox diet is very expensive. All the supplements and food items will cost you over $200.00 for a three day detox. Not practical. Another thing I didn't enjoy was the workout. It is poorly coordinated and has no background music to keep track of the reps. Crystal constantly talks throughout and doesn't keep track of the repetitions so you work out one part of the body longer than the other. I didn't care for the needless reminders about form because how often can you remind somebody to keep their "cheekbones above their collarbone" or where the tip of your nose is. I thought the leg workout would be longer but she only performs two, maybe three exercises. Most of the lower body portion is wasted on talking about form and needless, intense pre-workout stretches that go on forever. It's more of a yoga workout if you want to look at it that way and I loathe yoga.
The author leaves no stone unturned to achieve results. If you do the weekly exercises, you will transform your mind-body-spirit and achieve optimal health. Most of all you'll get to know yourself inside/out.
