Ealasaid

I lived a nightmare for ten years. Until Raven saved me. Now, I wake each day in my mate's arms. I should be happy. But I can't shake the fear that a storm is coming. Devils joined King Eideard's Guarda. They watch me. Hover outside my shop.

The Clan Kendrick, full of men who haunt my dreams, mentioned a mystical artifact to Faolan's spies. Faolan believed my life

*This book was given to me in exchange for an honest review*

In the second instalment to Patricia Eddy’s By The Fates series, we join Ealasaid and Raven six months after Raven first found Ealasaid shackled and beaten. Lobhdain hasn’t given up though, he and his minions are plotting and they do anything and go through anyone until Lobhdain has what he wants.

This is the second book in the series, well third if you include the novella Destined. And I do, so read it. One of the things I love and wel

Once again, I am spellbound by a tale that refuses to release me even after the book is finished.

I was fortunate enough to receive a free copy due to my contribution to the Patricia D. Eddy's attempt to turn By The Fates, Freed (By the Fates, #1) turned into an audio book at Indiegogo (http://igg.me/at/bythefatesaudio), a contribution I would have made for no reward other than a chance to have the audio book as my own one day. I also urge other fans to hurry and contribute as the drive ends in o

OMG!! I freaking love this series. This second installment of The Fates Series is a little different than the others in it gives voices to multiple characters and it's done flawlessly. Eddy truly has a gift and her books will draw you into the world of The Fates and trust me you WILL be hooked!!
As a newbie to paranormal romance I am awed by how much I love this series and I am anxiously awaiting the conclusion!! If you've never read her books I highly recommend this series. Looking forward to re

I received a free copy of this book with no obligation to post a review.
In By the Fates, Fought, we continue the story of Raven, Ealasaid, and the rest of their group who have become family. Though it seems that Ealasaid is finally free, and she relishes her time with Raven and her new family, danger starts creeping back in and they soon don't know whom to trust as they begin to learn more about what the devils' plans are for Ealasaid. The book is fast-paced and suspenseful, with danger all arou

This third instalment is my favourite so far. The world has been created, the characters all introduced. Now they have to work together to figure out what the evil clan of devils is up to with Ealasaid and the artifact they are searching for. They don't know who they can trust except each other. Even that can be precarious given the magical artifacts the devils have the mind mage who can control people. They are still constantly on guard against the devils who would capture Ealasaid and those cl ...more

I am always up for a good tale of make-believe, magic, the paranormal and this is not that story. I am really sad to say that because this had all the elements, but this author should not attempt to write paranormal.

I've read By the Fates, Freed; Destine, and By the Fates: Fought . All of them a waste of my time. Fought is basically the exact same story as Freed except a different person is the prisoner.

There is too much extraneous stuff whic

Wow! That was a very suspense filled story. It was extremely hard to put it down, I just wanted to know what was coming next. Raven and E’alasaid are such a great pair, that when disaster strikes, you just want to be able to help them somehow. This author certainly knows the beauty of writing for our imagination as well as giving pertinent facts along the way. I wasn’t prepared for the ending but am looking forward to the next book.
I received a free copy of this book but voluntarily reviewed.

I loved this book. I'm a little sad about Marcus, but I'm glad the main characters are still alive. (As far as I know) I hope the evil mind mage gets a horrible death. I love how far Elasaid has come in just a few months. I don't think she realized she had it in her. I can't wait to read the next one

5 Cranky Stars

Our favorite heroine Ealasaid has trouble coming her way. Allies have turned into enemies, and someone is determined to make her pay her ‘sins’. Will she have to give up the man she loves and everything else she holds dear to her?

This book picks up where the previous one left off. Everything is just perfect and then BLAM! The you know what hits the fan. The beauty of it is though the writer set it up brilliantly to where the drama happens subtly and then the action picks up. Poor E

Patricia D. Eddy lives in many worlds. Witches, vampires, and shifters inhabit one of them, military men and women fill another, with sexy Doms and strong subs carving out the final slice of her literary universe. She admits to twelve novels (though there are at least five unfinished drafts on her desk right now), all while working a full-time job, running half-marathons, and catering to the every ...more
