So, it pissed me off that Bambi's arse has gotten away with her part in the Pres death.... Not only that the shit she pulled as Faith arrived.... I really am at a cross road - I was so hooked on Faith & Ryder's romance that now I'm pissed because they haven't reconnected they way that they I expected them too!! Geez Louise (we knew she was gonna end of pregnant but come on now).... I really need book 3 to bring this to a HEA!! Zeke & Peg's need to be united! I would like for that union to happen

(Pre-edited ARC received from author in exchange for an honest review)

I’ve been looking forward to reading Ryder’s Last Run since I finished The Lost Trucker and I want to thank the authors for not making us wait too long.

This book is pretty much all action and picks up from where the last book left off.

I’m impressed with how much action there is in the book and with how it wasn’t overdone. There was a lot of opportunities for the authors to add more action and drama but this would have been too much and it’s good to see that the authors recognised that and worked on the storyline they had rather than over load us. This also left the book feeling more real, more tangible, and more believable.

Being British I struggled at first with the language the book was written in. Once I realised that the book is written in an American accent I found myself sucked in even further. There has been only one other author who has managed to pull me into the point I’m actually reading the book in the accent they intended. Well done ladies, I was American for a few hours there.

I am BIG on reading books with different POV’s. What I don’t like is more than 3 POV’s, it becomes more of ‘too many cooks’ that is NOT the case with this book. Each person that had a voice in the book enhanced the reading pleasure and brought a deeper understanding into the lives of all the characters. The characters developed well through the storyline and they again enhanced the reading pleasure.

I loved this follow up to book #1 and to be honest I thought I might get bored of the storyline towards the end but I can’t wait for the next instalment and for me to be just as interested in a book at the end of book #2 as I was at the start of a series is a rare occurrence.

There are a few areas where the book repeated itself a little but this is a pre-edited review and I expect that these will be picked up on in the editing process.

I thought it was nice that Ryder thought about his woman while he was being held somewhere, "what am I thinking I have my boys to get home to and I have my ol' lady. But is she really going to want me after she sees what I've become? I loved the I felt when I was fighting, but I also love my girl." Oh Ziggy I can not wait for you and Peggy Sue's story, "I just though that I would come introduce myself and get to know you a little bit. You know, I thought about you all night last night, you hanging up on me like that and being so standoffish is effing hot. I love a good chase. Just thinking about it gets my di** hard." He smiles over at me." So if you couldn't tell the there are LOADS of point of views in this book, personally I would have just like Ryder's and Faith's as this is there dang story, but the author wanted what the author wanted. Ryder you can see a complete difference in the boy this time around he's more ruggish than the first book, "don't fight it. you know you want this. You know you want me to bed you over the end of this desk and eff the sh** out of you." He reaches down and starts to unzip my pants." I liked how toward the end of the book the boy wasn't.... I don't think afraid is the right word, he just didn't care what others thought about him being tender-hearted to his woman, "I rush us back into the club. As I walk in holding Faith, all eyes are on us. I grunt out, "what the hell? Ain't you boys ever seen a man holding his woman before?" They all look away and pretended to busy with other things." So there is a cliffy, but it's not so bad, and Ryder has a lot of sh** to make up for, "I shake my head and do the same thing. I told Faith once; when i know what I want, I go to any length to get it and make it mine. She will learn that she is no exception." Not sure if his thought on this situation is a good thing or bad, we will just have to see.

I received an ARC copy from the author for an honest review

Ryder's Last Run picked up where The Lost Trucker left off, no time gaps which I like.

When I first started and Ryder was reminiscing about his past I was getting made at him. I hate to say it but I did. How can you think of a chick who you had a wild time with and thought you loved, while you just proposed to another woman? I know it could happen but Ryder really??

You meet a few new characters in this book. They all have a mouth on them to. I mean you are not a true biker or a biker's ol' lady if you don't have a dirty mouth.

Ryder has to do somethings to pay back his debt. To do this he has to protect Faith and his sister. They go months with out talking. No one really knows what is going on, where Ryder is at. The club manages to find him and come up with a plan to save him. Little did the club know the Russians had a plan of their own, a plan to take over.

Faith goes through a lot with her family. She looses her dad, but gains her best friend back.

You might think with some new characters you would get confused as to who is who but that isn't the case. With each character you get a little bag ground on them and what they are up to.

I am still like really how can you make Ryder do that?? I understand he did what he had to do for family. Trust me I have done it as well, we all have at some point.

Ryder has changed, Faith has changed. Their relationship gets questioned and things look grim. Do they make it? or break it? You have to pick this book up to read all the action that is in this book. Like before I can't wait for the next installment.

Ryder he's so protective of his girl, "don't you effing touch her; She is not your concern. Do you hear me? You touch her and you will have the whole effing MC breathing down your back!" Now I thought I loved Ryder but um... I'm thinking Ziggy is stealing my heart especially the way he interacts with Peggy Sue, "I just thought that I would come introduce myself and get to know you a little bit. You know, you were effing feisty on the phone last night. I will say you effin' turned me on, got my d*** hard. That's for sure." Ryder he's changed and I really don't like the way he's changed he's not the man I fell in love with in book 1, "yeah, I mean you will stand behind me on any choice I make in life; it's what an old lady does. You will keep me effed, sucked and happy. You feel me?" If I thought Ryder was protective of Faith that's nothing compared to Ziggy's protectiveness of Peggy Sue, "I jump up out of my chair and pull Fat Boy up, grab him by the collar of his shirt, and glare at him. "Don't. Ever. Call. Her. A. Bi***. Again. Her name is Peggy Sue or Peg. She's a lady and you will treat her as such. She's not a club wh***. You feel me?" I thought that there were to many points of views in the book, so it was hard to keep up with what was really going on. I didn't agree with Faith's decision, and I didn't like the cliffhanger, which means I'm going to be dying for book 3, which I really hope is the last in the series.

ok I got lucky enough to beta read this book and just let me tell you for those waiting for its release you will mot be disappointed.it kept me interested from the prologue to the last word.I started this book at 4 a.m. and didn't stop until I finished it at 8:30 a.m. the characters were great I loved the different characters pov.I find that always makes a book more interesting. this book has a lot of depth to it and makes me yearn for the next thing happening in the lives of the mc crew.and I am here to tell you that although I am nuts for ryder and I am so crushing on this hot lil alpha male ziggy.yeah that's right I wanna play with the ziggy my damn self.so I would recommend this book who is able to realise that the road to true love is never a smooth one but if its right the road won't seem that long and rocky.happy reading my fellow book maniacs.

I liked the first book way better. The second book wasn't even about
Ryder and Faith together as a couple. They were only together for like one chapter and that was at the end not to mention another huge cliffhanger. To me, this book was like 5 ore 6 in one. It wasn't about one person or couple, it was about a whole lot of different people. Each chapter was about someone else. Each time it came on a chapter about Ryder, he was always thinking about his ex and how great she was in bed or any other surface and how he thought they would be together forever. For me, it felt like he was still in love with her instead of Faith. This book for me, was not even a continuation of the first, it is an altogether different story. Ryder doesn't even seem like the same person as in the first story.

To say I was happy to get an ARC of this is an understatement. After reading the authors first book The Lost Trucker which I totally loved I couldn't wait to start this & I wasn't disappointed.
Reading so many POV in one story was brilliant. I got to find out a lot more about all the characters especially Peggy Sue & Ziggy who I'd love to read more about.
The author caught my attention from page 1 & kept it until the end.
Such a brilliant storyline. Can't wait to read more of this brilliant author:)

This is book two in the Dueling Dragons MC series. I loved book one and the author did a great job with this book two.

This is a story about Ryder and Faith. We get to read about quite a few of the characters point of view. In this book I thought it worked out well.

Lots of elements including hot bikers and spunky females made this into a great read. I'm so looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Way better than the first book . The dialogue got better, the writing was so much better the story line was a bit more developed and I love how it bounced from each character . I hope people could get thru the first book so they can see how that the sequel was good.

4 STAR THOUGHTS

As soon as I finished Faith's Temptation, I was dying to know what was going to happen next. I was so anxious to know where the story was headed. I NEEDED more Ryder!

"I need to get back home to my girl; I need to have Faith in my life."

Ryder left on his last run thinking it was going to be a simple, quick run and then he could come home to Faith and they could start their lives together. But things happened that he never saw coming. It is bad enough that he was arrested, but who bails him out is even worse. The Russians are holding him hostage and making him work off the debt by fighting. Otherwise they will hurt his girl and his family.

"I knew you were going to be a fighter, Ghost. I can't wait to get my payback."

Faith has no idea where Ryder is and is scared to death. She just knows something bad is going on, but no one will tell her anything. In the middle of all of that drama, her father is dying and she has to go home. She doesn't want to lose him and definitely not without Ryder by her side but she has to before it is too late. Being able to talk to her dad helps her understand that she is stronger than she realizes. And she will get Ryder back, but how?

"Marry him, Faith; say yes to him. With love comes heartache; with true love comes bullshit. Ryder will take care of you; just remember to take care of him also."

While taking care of things in her hometown, she has an unexpected reunion with her old friend Peggy. Turns out Beau ruined her life too! But just as they are both planning to head back to Kentucky, Ziggy shows up and says they have to go to lockdown at the Dueling Dragons Mc compound in Arizona.

"Well, here is your chance to prove to yourself that you can hang in this world, Faith! Now, let's do this shit!"

Once they arrive, Faith realizes everything has fallen apart. The MC has brothers against each other, new leaders are forced to take over, and even she has the rug pulled out from under her. Can Faith live in Ryder's world? Will Ryder find his way back to Faith? Will they ever ride together?

"Don't count out the things that you think are bad and wrong. Some of the ugliest things in the world are actually the most beautiful."

I WANT MORE! That is the only thought that was in my head as the book ended. We get to see Ryder grow into a man (a sexy biker man!!), have Faith finally see just how strong she can be, but it was just lacking that spark. Most of the book they are apart and I just wanted more of their relationship and chemistry. That said it is a great story and I can't wait for what is next! (PS I love the idea of Peggy & Ziggy!!)

In book one, Faith’s Temptation, I was torn as to whether or not The Dueling Dragons series provides enough insights into the biker world…if Ryder is truly a badass biker who is simply working outside of the motorcycle club because of a debt he has to pay, and when he returns to his Vice President position with the Dueling Dragons, he’ll revert back to the cocky son of a bitch that seems to be under the surface. I’m happy to say that book two, Ryder’s Redemption, puts all my doubts to rest. This book has a true MC feel to it; there’s betrayal, bloodshed, and secrets revealed that will change up the dynamics of the club and all who are involved with it.

Book Two picks up right where Faith's Temptation leaves off. Ryder’s bailed out of jail by the Russians and now they own him and look to make money off of him – in the ring. Ryder finds himself not only away from Faith and missing her but in deplorable living conditions and the puppet to a sadistic Russian who is hell bent on getting everything he can out of the debt Ryder is required to payback. That kind of life, no matter how short or long of a time, can definitely change a man, and Ryder comes out of that experience altered both physically and emotionally.

While Ryder is being held against his will, Faith is struggling to hold on to her memories of not only her time with Ryder but also her father. She’s being pulled in multiple directions, and it’s starting to wear on her. But, interestingly enough, help comes in the form of her ex best-friend, Peggy Sue, and Ryder’s best friend, Ziggy. They have her back, and despite Peggy Sue’s actions in the past, she’s not going to let Faith down this time around because she needs Faith just as much as Faith needs her.

One of the main reasons I enjoyed Ryder’s Redemption is the multiple point of views Rose uses to present the storyline. Sometimes too many viewpoints can hurt the plot and the readers’ ability to understand, but to me, getting different insights into a complicated situation from both those working for and against the hero and heroine makes it more exciting and dramatic.

With the revelations at the end of the story, it will be interesting to see where both the Dueling Dragons Motorcycle Club and Faith and Ryder’s relationship are headed. Since Ryder and Faith are separated for most of book two, I really hope they get back on track in book three and have the life they deserve after all they’ve had to endure.

***WARNING*** If you have not read Faith's Temptation, you will need to read to prior to Ryder's Redemption

This story picks up where Faith's Temptation left off. Ryder was bailed out of jail by the Russians and now they own him, Faith fears that something bad has happened to Ryder, and she thinks she's lost him forever. Faith holds on tight to the memory of Ryder with all of her might while dealing with her dying father at the same time. Ryder clings to the memory of Faith has he fights for his freedom. Months of fighting will change a man, and Ryder changes.

But there is more going on in this story that just Faith missing Ryder and Ryder fighting for his freedom to keep Faith safe. There are changes going on within the MC, ones that will change things forever. Ryder now not only has to deal with fighting to keep Faith safe but also has to fight to keep the MC from falling apart and deal with a portion of his past that decides it's time to return just when things start to look up. With so much weighing against them, can Faith and Ryder find their way back to one another?

While this story did pick up where Faith's Temptation left off, I just felt like something was missing for me. I loved Faith's Temptation, it was one of the better MC novels I have read, but Ryder's Redemption failed to capture the love I felt in Faith's Temptation. Did I finish it? Sure. I just felt like there was something lacking in it, there was no heat or passion, but this book was full of pain and heartache I'll give it that. Then to find out there's another book? While I am excited to continue their story, I just wish this would have been one or two books instead of three. I will finish it just because I want to know what happens, but somewhere along the way, I disconnected myself from the overall story and I'm hoping that book three will draw me back in as I did love both characters and several others from the story. I give it 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.

Ryder’s Redemption is a definite improvement over Faith’s Temptation. While still not as gritty as I like my MC books, Ms. Dewallvin does bring some grit to this installment of the Dueling Dragons MC series. As I had hoped, Ryder’s Redemption picks up the storyline promised in Faith’s cliffhanger and does a good job in crafting in interesting read with more action and involvement in the MC lifestyle.

This book begins up with Ryder being held by the Russians after they bailed him out of jail. They feel that Ryder owes them money as their product was seized when he was arrested, and they expect him to pay off this debt by competing in underground fights. It is while he is in their custody, that he gets cold and angry and this is where the grit comes in. Ryder’s character becomes edgier, more aggressive and possessive, far more alpha male than he was in the first book, and a much better read character wise.

On the other hand, I found Faith to be far more off-putting this time around. I was floored when she accepted Peggy Sue’s apology and they re-started their friendship from scratch, completely ignoring the fact that Peggy Sue slept with Faith’s boyfriend. The conversations between Faith and Ryder still seem a bit stiff to me, but there is improvement from those in book one and the sex scenes were more enjoyable this time.

Ms. Dewallvin demonstrates an improvement in her writing from Faith’s Temptation to Ryder’s Redemption. I enjoyed that parts of the story were told from Ziggy’s point of view, not just from Faith and Ryder’s POV. As I am hopeful that Ziggy will play a big part in the next book in the series, I look forward to reading it so that I can find out what happens to the characters and find out if the author’s writing style continues to improve.

I was the very lucky when I was given the chance to read "Faith's Temptation" by also read and review "Ryder's Redemption". Lets just say that I might be a tad bit obsessed with Biker Romances, I feel like I have read just about all of them. Some good and plenty that leave a lot to desired. So I was leery about jumping into another series but I was pleasantly surprised. Again, like I said earlier, I was able to read "Faith's Temptation" before "Ryder's Redemption" and that was necessary. The second book in the series takes place right where the first book ended. No big lapse in time or major events that the author flashes back to the readers thought-out the book. So if you are looking for a stand alone book, this is not the one for you. However I do suggest you pick it up.

The basic idea of the story is what I think took me by surprised. You would think it would be the typical story of the good girl falling in love with the big bad biker. However, this much is true. There is also plenty of plot twist. From former friends now becoming enemies, to unexpected parental responsibility, Rose has left me wanting more. There are a few twist that I totally didn't see coming and characters (who in the first book I hated) that I grew to understand and actually like. In this book, the reader is given more of Ryder's back story (unlike the first book where you get Faith's story). And like any good book, Rose has left us with a cliffhanger. Got to love a cliffhanger (NOT!!!!) lol. However I will be the first to say that I can't wait until the next book comes out. I need to know what happens with this couple and also (hint) the secondary relationship that is starting to heat up.

Faith and Ryder's love began in Faith's Temptation. Now with Ryder missing and no one knowing where he is or what has happened to him, that love is being tested. Will their love be strong enough to see Ryder and Faith through the challenges they face, and bring them back together?

Faith is not only having to deal with Ryder being gone, her father is dying. Thousands of miles from her dying father, Faith must make the decision on whether to go home to say goodbye to her father, or wait at home and wait for news on Ryder.

As Faith says goodbye to her Daddy, we finally find out what has happened to Ryder. Ryder once again finds himself at the mercy of the Russians. However, this time it is a much worse predicament than he was in before. Ryder has to make tough decisions, decisions he never wanted to face to protect all he loves. Will Ryder lose himself in the process?

I found myself near tears more than once, yelling at my Kindle in anger at a few parts of the book (yes I will admit it), and laughing out loud too. Rose Dewallvin is able to write a story that brings out your emotions as you follow the lives of her extraordinary characters. And, once again Rose has left us with a cliffhanger, but all I can think is OMG I WANT MORE!!!!

The action all happened in the beginning of this book and then kind of fizzled out, just as it was about to get interesting again it finished. You know I'm not a fan of endings like this.

Ryder's changed, he was arrogant before but now he's a lot darker, don't get me wrong, considering what he's been through and what he's come back to it's not surprising, but it's not fair on Faith.

The best parts of this book were the friction between Ziggy and Peg, you just know these two should be together!

Our girls Peg and Faith fit into the MC world more than they realise when they happily take on some of the clubs trash.

I wasn't sure how then action at the beginning of the book would go down, but I was happy enough with the outcome, until the action seemed to stop.

This book left more open questions than book one had, and was a lot more frustrating an ending. That said I do love Ziggy and Peg and would get the next book when it comes out hoping that their story will develop.

I'm not sure what the future will hold for Ryder and Faith, some things can't be forgiven or forgotten, and old hurts have been resurrected, I think were in for an interesting ride.

In Ryder’s Redemption, Ryder is going on his last run so that he can come home, be a changed man, and marry Faith. Something big happens, I think both of them had that little voice in there head telling them something was going to go down. What happened didn’t surprise me.

I enjoyed Ryder’s Redemption, it was quick paced, full of drama, and brought back characters we loved from Faith’s Temptation. There was also some new characters brought in, some to support, some to create drama.

I can say I liked Faith’s Temptation more because there was more depth it felt like. There was more time spent building scenes. In Ryder’s Redemption the scenes went a little fast and we didn’t have as much time to fall in love with the characters.

That being said, I still liked Ryder’s Redemption and I will definitely be following along with the series to see what happens next for Faith and Ryder.

3.5 stars

Thank you so much for my copy of Ryder’s Redemption that I was sent to facilitate this review.

K I got to say right off the bat I haven't read book 1! So with that said here's what I thought……

Ryder ~ First off he's so in love with Faith but yet while he's gone he keeps dreaming and fantasizing about Bambi! WTH that don't make no sense to me and he's questioning right off the bat whether or not Faith will still be there when he does get home! Then when he does get home he's treats her like a common whore that everyone has had a turn with! Sorry but that made me respect him a little less.

Faith ~ I loved her she had so much spunk and fight in her. She didn't think twice about getting up in Bambi's face. Gotta say she surprised me at the end of thee book with how she just up and left! I just don't get it, her and Ryder are actually perfect for each other but they just don't got their crap together!

Overall its a good story great characters! But who the heck names their kid 'Bambi'?

Book Two of the Dueling Dragons MC series picks up pretty much where book one left off.
Ryder's a prisoner of the Russians and forced to fight to protect Faith and Layla.
As usual, the book bounces between Ryder's and Faith's PoVs but there's a sprinkling of some old friends and some new ones in between too.
While we don't hear much from Layla in this one, we learn a few things about her that weren't widely known.
There's going to be several moments when the reader's going to want to scream and curse a few characters, and there's going to be a few times when the reader will want to break down and cry.
There's definitely some shockers that will have the reader trying to pick their jaw up off the floor as well.
All in all this book packed a bit more action and moved at a slightly faster pace than Faith's Temptation did. I look forward to book three's completion.
I give this book 5 of 5 paws

This is one of those books that has a little bit of everything, hot bikers, evil whores, the good girl with a feisty best mate and a plot that leaves you wanting to know what happens next.

Ryder and Faith are pretty much poles apart, not only in their upbringing but in their way of life. Whilst Ryder was looking to get out of the MC and start a new life with Faith his choices have been taken away from him, and he doesn't exactly explain it the right way to Faith, leading to fireworks.

Ryder changes in this book, what he goes through at the hands of the Russians affects his personality and I'd say a slightly darker side comes out.

I love the introduction of Peggy Sue, Faith's best friend and look forward to more sparks and fireworks between her and Ziggy.

The book ends with lots of unanswered questions for me, which I hope get answered in the next book. I like the characters, even the bitchy one.

Ryder's Redemption is the second installment in the Dueling Dragons series. The first book is Faith's Temption and you have to read Faith's Temption prior because this book leaves off where the first book ends.

In this book the main characters Ryder and his love interest Faith have grown both emotionally and with each other. In the begining while reading the first book I was not a fan of Ryder so much, but after getting more into the book and then reading Redemption I felt so much more for him and love that he has for Faith.

The story also introduces some new characters that we will hopefully see again and yes this book is not the final of the series. Looks like Rose is going to be giving us another book to finish or maybe not this series. Looking forward to the next installment.

Ryder's Redemption by Rose Dewallvin is the 2nd book of the Dueling Dragons MC Series. This book has multiple POVs of different MC members as well as Faith & Ryder's.
Corruption has been stewing in the MC for a while. How will Ryder get back to "his boys" and "his ol' lady"? Will the corruption become too much for repair by the time Ryder is set free? Will Faith wait like she promised? Can Ryder and Faith repair their relationship after all he has endured? Ryder comes back a different man and Faith doesn't feel safe in his arms like before. Faith has to do what is best for her. With her best friend by her side she does what she feels is the best for their future.

Review: I was given a complimentary copy of Ryder’s Redemption by Reading bliss for an honest review.
I really enjoyed Ryder and Faith’s story. This book takes us for a ride. Ryder loves Faith and wants to make her happy. Faith has grown up since the last book. That was a nice change. But there has been a lot between her and Ryder. There are new characters that come into this book. I really like how Faith and Ryder are going. There are a lot of ups and downs for Faith and Ryder. I don’t want to give away too much of the book. It was good and I think that everyone should read this book after they read the first! I really enjoyed Rose Dewallvin’s writing. It is unique and different. I give this book 4 out of 5 stars!

So this one had a lot of POV's which made it hard to keep up with what was actually happening but it helped the story out (I hope that makes sense). This was an amazing 2nd story for me as I was able to read the 1st story and really enjoyed it, I enjoyed this one more :) The hole story line was amazing I loved what Ryder had to go threw and I'm actually really happy with the way it ended make me have really high hopes for a book 3. I found this to be a hard story to set down I just couldn't my mind and my hands wouldn't allow it no matter what I told them.

MUST READ!!!

Well, let's explain the 5 star rating.

I was given an ARC copy for a honest review and part of a blog tour.

I haven't read Book One, but will rectify that soon. I have to say that I enjoyed Ryder's Last Run. It covered alot of basics, it was raunchy, it was touching, it was funny, and the sex scenes were HAWT!!!! Raw and Real!!!!

So, my rating: 4 stars on the actual book and the little send off at the end of the book by Miss Rose's nameless male friend just piqued my curiosity and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. (I for one would read more of this man's POV stories). This added to the extra star.

Kudos to Everyone

Ryder has grown on me, he changed so much in this book I loved following his evolution! He became the man Faith needed even though he was confused about his feelings. I loved the fact that while he was held captive all he could thing about was Faith, referring to her as his ol' lady, wanting to get back to her but concerned she wouldn't like what he had become.
I loved Ryder's Redemption, the only part that kills me is the last page, we end on a cliffhanger and I cannot wait for the next book, it's killing me knowing it will be awhile before we get Ryder & Faith back as well as find out what's going to happen with Ziggy & Peggy Sue.
4.5 stars.
