Inversion therapy is an easy way of decompressing and reducing stress on the spine. The discs between the bones of the spine are quite soft and gravity naturally compresses them over the years. It’s one of the reasons we often lose height as we age.

One,two, three Invert!

This book is a good, easy to read guide for people interested in inversion therapy. The author speaks from experience, and also the repeats the important cautions of physicians concerning the people who have conditions which MAKE inversion DANGEROUS, such as previous spinal surgery. Please read the book for the important list of who should NOT do inversion!

I highly recommend this book because it provides a safe pathway to using inversion therapy!

Food for thought

I have a degenerative spine and spondylosis - wear and tear. Osteopathy doesn't work, and I have 6 injections in my sound every 6 months to manage the pain. I'm willing to try anything, and this book has given me the confidence to look into buying an inversion table.

Informative and quick

Easy to follow and thorough beginning for someone evaluating inversion therapy. I Would have liked inversion table exercises and stretches section.

Disappointing

Was not as technical as I hoped for. Felt !like I had just talked with a neighbor. Would have been happier if book had been shorter and more to the point.
