When I first started teaching, evolution vs. creation was getting a lot of attention. Our science book only taught evolution. My sixth graders, like everyone, needed to have an open mind when looking for answers that could change their life. According to scientific methods, which this book is based on, evolution is a theory, not a fact. The author approaches this subject from a scientific point of view. The humorous references, cartoon drawings, and quotes are likely to keep any reader interested and turning pages. From an educational point of view, I found this book to be a perfect text for an alternate theory to evolution.
