Great pictures. Not tons of descriptions, but enough for an early self-care instruction.

A fantastic reference book for acupressure. Techniques and full illustrations are provided for applying acupressure to meridian points for a wide range of ailments from migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, various sports injuries such as tennis elbow for example, skin disorders and other miscellaneous ailments. The book is easy to follow and the diagrams assist immensely in finding the right points to work with. Whilst aimed and written for treating oneself or family members, it will become a great resource tool for my library.
