Great as a self-help deck, especially the book. Mediocre as something to use for divination.
First, the book. It’s a 96-page book, translated from German to English, with occasional typos. The author admits he comes at the Lenormand from a more symbol-based approach. It’s more befitting of a lightweight pop-psychology book, however insightful, than a book on the how to interpret the cards for fortunetelling. Very interesting book. This document is a translation and, sadly some typos and words seemed a bit off. Barring that, it's worth a read to learn more about the cards and is especially helpful for a beginner.

Important note: The cards are NOT as they appear on the box! The images are the same, but there is a block of text center and top of every card. This really disappointed me and I do not use these for readings.
