The Contest
On a rainy night in New York, one by one, the relic hunters are abducted. They are taken halfway across the world and made to take part in a series of contests. In arenas, in killing pits, in a race to the death and across the dreaded gauntlet they are made to fight for their lives whilst being cheered on by a fierce, vicious crowd drunk on bloodlust.
The team’s newest member, Reilly, was missed by the abductors and must follow a trail across Europe and Africa in his desperate quest to save his friends. He is up against the worst of the worst, a faceless corporation, and knows he only has days in which to come through.
Through personal challenges and anguish, through death and honour, the relic hunters must strive to be the best of the best. Can they survive the contests, or will the contests consume them?

Kidnapped and made to fight for their lives the Relic Hunters face their worst nightmares.
Having the whole team kidnapped and transported to a camp the team must fight for survival against others who have also been kidnapped with the sole aim of providing entertainment for the very rich who believe themselves to be above any and all laws and revel in watching men and women fighting to the death in combat.
However the kidnappers made a huge mistake by not realising that the Relic Hunters had a new member of the team who would do everything in his power to find and ultimately free his friends.

To be pushed to boundaries unknown can they survive
One by one Brodie and the team are taken at gunpoint put on a plane to god knows where to do the bidding of a group of deprived human beings will they survive this ordeal, there are other group's in the same position as them will they be able to find out where they are and can they escape. This is a a great read I really enjoyed it, question is would you be a contender not knowing what your lies ahead, recommend

Unbelievable bit of hell
The display of suffering and cruelty for entertainment is really very real as at this very moment our
😐 government is exacting the same cruelty to many helpless individuals. The fact of the matter is that some individuals think they are free of punishment will indulge in inhuman cruelty.

I always look forward to David's release dates for a new book. This one had me fearing for the team, not knowing if they were all going to survive through their individual contests. It is a fantastic read and kept my heart fluttering.

The Relic Hunters is my favorite of the Leadbeatter series. This book did not disappoint.
The team is kidnapped and find themselves in life and death contests. Only the newest member, Reilly, is free to locate and save his friends.

This was definitely a different Relic Hunters chapter. But it shows you how the team sticks together and preserve through the hard times. Luckily Riley was not kidnapped and arranged for rescue!! 10 stars plus!!!! Thanks , Carl Clause

Great book

Not what I expected but it was telling.
Certainly not what I expected for sure but it was good and very telling. Focusing more on each ones struggles and strength.
