I love the way Joseph Prince explains Gods love for us and the sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross. The amount of love that I feel reading this book is indescribable. I'm so glad to have read this book and would like to retread it again or read a chapter every once in a while.

It's a great book that focuses all about Jesus, not about a list of dos and don'ts. I was very encouraged, I got teary towards the end of the book when Prince started talking about the Father's love. I realized that I need to fix my eyes on Jesus, not on myself, not on the approval of others, but just on Jesus!

"Wrong beliefs and thoughts will keep you defeated. Right beliefs and thoughts will launch you toward your breakthrough." (Joseph Prince, The Power of Right Believing, Page 100)

This is now the third book I have studied by Joseph Prince. I have also read Destined to Reign and Unmerited Favor: Depending on Jesus for every success in your life. Both excellent books that focus on the grace of God and the finished work of Jesus Christ. This book is no different, the emphasis is the same.

It is not

I can see the Lord using this book to set many captives free from wrong believing. There is mighty power in believing rightly about Christ and His finished work. Too much of today's preaching encourages destructive self-obsession; this book encourages Christ-obsession. If you are obsessed with obedience in your Christian walk, you are more than likely going to fail. But if Christ is your obsession, one of the fruits in your life will be obedience. Christ is the only person capable of living a su ...more

Undeniably, having a revelation of the Father's love for me has made a huge difference in my life! Once again, Joseph Prince has been used by God to bring this message to both unbelievers, as well as believers unaware of all that is theirs due to their position in Christ. Satan's number one goal is to get us to doubt that we are the beloved sons and daughters of Abba Father in an effort to get us to take our eyes off of Jesus; Prince's number one goal is to bring us into revelation knowledge of ...more

Joseph Prince has let God do it again. This book is an eye opening guide for all who want to learn how much God loves them, and want to live in His Love.

Unfortunately so many people have taken Joseph Prince teaching far out of context. I truly believe that anyone reading or listening to him with an open heart will see the truth in his teachings. His critics say he promotes sin, teaches a prosperity message and is egotistical. And yet throughout all of the pages, he points through scripture in Old and New Testament all about Jesus. He specifically addresses his position on sin, that it is not at all okay but that believing in Jesus' love for us a ...more

I've read a whole bunch of christian books. Some of them knowing that up to then I probably disagree with the author - because I like getting a new point of view now and then and discussing the ranges of christianity. Since I really liked Joseph Prince's preaching at Hillsong Conference Europe, I thought I'd get some more input from him. When I researched a bit about his income I began to understand why he talks about grace so easily ;-) I was taken aback by the titles of his books (sounded like ...more

If you have any doubts about who you are in Christ and how much The Lord God loves you, this is the book to read. Joseph Price's books always point to Christ and the infallible Word of God.

“Freedom from lack, from fear, from addictions, from the torment of guilt, and from every curse and every sin” (332).

Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it? Who among us doesn’t wrestle with at least one of these categories? Who isn’t looking for relief, help, a way out?

Well, if you know Jesus as your Savior, you have a right to such freedoms. So how do we appropriate what Jesus provided for us in His death and Resurrection? How do we live free from that long list above? It all starts with your mind, with

Loved this book. Because I'd slowly been hearing about the power of grace, I wanted to finally see it in writing and understand/test its theory (it's easier for me to study things when I can read them). This book provided that "test" avenue I was looking for, as Prince slowly spelled out the theology that supports grace and what "believing" really means; that it's not about "believe more, you dumb sinner," but "figure out what you believe b/c it's already impacting your life." Good flow to the c ...more

There is nothing unsound here, on the contrary very helpful and freeing. On the other hand left slightly uncomfortable that all the testimonies point back to Joseph Prince's ministry resources rather than the power of God at work in their lives

Not a bad book, it is easy to read and understand especially if you feel like you are at a loss and need some upliftment. His promotion of his own ministry and tapes throughout the book is a bit unsettling so it is not an author whose books I will start collecting.

Some things I liked:

- The idea that God's love is like a free gift. You can accept the knowledge that you are loved, or not. So why not take the free gift, and all the peace of mind and love that comes with it? A friend of mine was telling me about that, and then she gave me this book. It's so healing. It's helped me a bit with my emotional addictions and fears.

- The context behind, "let he who is without sin cast the first stone." I'd missed that story as a child. Basically, a woman committed

This is a powerful book with principles that really work. A friend gave it to me when I was going through a hard time. It built up my faith so much that the next time I started to get sick with a sore throat I was able to discern the cause immediately – false accusation – and fight against it. I got better within an hour. The Power of Right Believing is like a handbook for right living, worth reading over and over again. Each time you glean something new from it. I highly recommend it to anyone ...more

Another uplifting read.

I have read Destined to Reign along with the daily devotional book. Again, this book is a must read to fully understand God's Grace. Growing up in a fire and brimstone teaching church I never learned of the depth of God's grace until I started watching
programs and reading books by Joseph Prince. I hope to add all his books to my library. FYI I am not of the same religion as Joseph Prince but I am of the same Faith!

An acquaintance gave me this book. I found it very repetitive and a pollyanna look at Christianity along with a bit of the prosperity Gospel thrown in. I one thing I got out of this was Jesus loves me no matter what.

There were some interesting things to ponder in here, but also a lot of what seemed like self-promotion and over-simplification.

Joseph Prince, in this book (as in all his books), shares the unadulterated gospel of God’s grace. He gives us testimonies of people whose lives have been transformed by God’s love as He reveals to us the true heart of the Father—which is love.

He focuses on the idea (or truth) of right believing, which he says is the true source of victorious living. Right believing about God’s love for you, about your right standing in Christ, your inseparability from God’s love, your complete forgiveness in Ch

This book is really comprehensive, as it speaks volume of God's love for us using the stories in the Bible and testimonies by precious brothers and sisters who have been blessed. I particularly love how it's centered on the importance of believing right, rather than on our actions and our deeds. There is a really powerful revelation in the book, that your perception of God affects your relationship with Him and ultimately how you are going to receive His Grace for us which is a gift to us. “Jesus Himself has already paid the price for your sins, so stop condemning yourself! Today, when you look into the mirror, what do you see? Do you see yourself trapped in all your failings, mistakes, and sins? Or do you see what God sees? My dear friend, when God sees you today, He sees Jesus. Use your eyes of faith and believe that as Jesus is, so are you. In God’s eyes, you are righteous, you are favored, you are blessed, and you are healed. You are freed from all sin, all pangs of guilt, all forms of condemnation, and every bondage of addiction!” 11 likes
“In the Israelite encampment, even though there were iniquities, sins, and wickedness, God did not see any of them because the blood of bulls and goats, which they offered up to the Lord daily, covered the children of Israel. How much more true that is for us today, we who are washed clean forever by the blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, our beautiful Savior.” 10 likes
