He is best known to American comic book readers as a writer and editor for Marvel Comics, where he wrote the licensed comic book series G.I. Joe, A Real American Hero, based on the Hasbro action figures. He has also written for the series Wolverine, Nth Man: the Ultimate Ninja, and Elektra. He created the character Bucky O'Hare, which was developed into a comic book, a toy line and television cartoon.

It would be a lie to say that this run is quality content. There's so much to dislike. However, their roster remains endearing to the point where the lacklustre storytelling is almost forgiven. Almost....

The Jay Faerber/Dodson-era of this title was easily my favorite, so I like some of the writing of this book and a lot of the art, but Larry Hama’s writing - which takes up most of this book - was much too weird and juvenile.
I am looking forward to the next collection.
