This book has so many amazing recipes, I love baking bread by hand, but sometimes if I am in a rush I love doing it in a pinch in my bread machine and this book gives me so many options to mix up bread. If you are one that likes to have loaves of loaf form this book gives you many ideas on mixing the dough then you can just do the rest by hand. It's a must for a bread baker lover.
