***3.5 STARS***

I am so happy the series is continuing as I've missed Ollie's dry sense of humor. There isn't another character like him. Selfish, sweet, indecisive ....He's one of a kind. I must admit this episode left me slightly disappointed .. I'm probably in the minority here but I am huge Olga fan & was hoping to read more interaction between the two characters instead I got chapter after chapter of annoying ass Renata. ... and LORD HAVE MERCY that ENDING! .....WTF Ollie? You owe her nothing.. I feel a lot of heartburn and frustration in store for me this season.

Fortunately for me, Ollie is completely worth it.

4.5 stars. Oh, Oliver, you get yourself into the biggest messes. And yet you somehow manage to sail through in the end.

Another excellent installment in the series. Oliver continues working on his relationships with the women in his life, including Parvati, Olga, and his former fiancee. Can Oliver end up happy in the end? It's still not clear, but it now seems at least possible--if he doesn't screw things up.

I've loved getting to know this character and seeing his progression from a selfish, spoiled boy to a man who's desperately trying to grow up, despite having had so little guidance from the adults in his life.

Eagerly looking forward to the next in the series!

The end

Well, I just can’t express how disappointed I am that there are no more books in the series. There were supposed to be at least 2 more, volumes 10 and 11 but alas, I can’t find where the Author has any plans to release any more. She did write Sport of Kings, a spin-off about a side character by the name of Marcus and unless it gives some more insight to what happened with Oliver, volume 9 is it. I have a pretty good idea who Oliver ends up with because of the interviews in the previous volumes but it really isn’t the same as reading about it as it happens. My plea to the author is that she finish the series as intended. I need closure!

In this book we learn more things about Oliver's past; things that help us to understand Oliver better. Things that Oliver need to sort out and leave behind in order to start a new future. Written in the peculiar and amazing style that characterizes Livia Ellis, this story will make you crave for a next installment to be published soon. I will be really sad the day Oliver disappears from my reading list forever. However, I have to notice once more the typos. Editing is essential!
