This book was well written and was a good refresher for me to think about all the issues surrounding right from wrong. Many times, I am at a loss to how to answer things my kids may ask me. Each page had a common kid question with a full answer to the question, a verse pertaining to the question, more verses to look up, and notes for parents to think about when answering that particular question. Some of the content in this book is dated. But I used it a few times with my kids as a conversation starter about different issues they face and what the Bible says about things they deal with. I enjoyed it overall, but would say it is more for reference than a read-through kind of book. In some places it gets a little repetitive.

It was alright. It was cool to match scripture but I guess I was expecting a more “mature” approach. I teach 11-17 year olds but this seems to be for 5-10.

I read this book series as a "Christian child" and came across it again after almost a decade while rummaging through my old stuff and oh boy has it aged extremely poorly. The writer seems to've projected a lot of their own personal beliefs even though the cover states "with answers from the Bible".

P.S: I am no longer religious but I've tried to keep this short review as objective as possible.

So, my dad was taking shortcut. This book has two main advantages for parents:
1. to teach their children to understand and love God
2. not to bother with them asking.

:)

But as a child, I enjoyed this so much, the graphics was cool and the answers were clear. Thanks dad!
