Gaia Busy Person's Guide to Indian Head Massage: Simple Routines for Home, Work, & Travel

Rate this book
From the ancient Indian tradition of Ayurvedic healing, these head massage techniques have long been shown to relieve headaches, improve circulation, and ease muscle pain and tension. Combined with meditation, visualization, and breathing exercises, they can treat indigestion, harmonize the body’s energies, help with psychological problems, and even drug and alcohol dependency. This guide gives busy people ways to experience the benefits of head massage throughout the day—starting with a shower massage, continuing with a series of brief self-massages during travel and at work breaks, and then, at bedtime, sharing an intimate massage routine with a partner.

This is a very quick read. It has a lot of good information about Indiana head massage. There are several spelling errors in the book but this did not detract from the great information given.
