Seasons have returned to Faerie and the fey are not happy about it. There hasn't been anything but summer in the land of the fey for thousands of years, so long that most have forgotten what the seasons are. The nights grow longer and Faerie grows colder as winter approaches, and it falls upon Vervain to help the fey through these changes. As if that's not enough, a murder ...more

This series has quickly become one of my favorites. Since books ten and eleven are best read in tandem, and I don't want to reveal any spoilers, I will just say that these two books definitely reach into the heart of Vervain. She has to deal with her growing desire for family, her new fey tendencies, and the loss of her husband. I love this series, and will definitely read more as they are released

Into the Void and Out of the Darkness are books 10 and 11 of the Godhunter series; these two books are set in the same timelines (alternating between events in the god/human realm and the faerie realm) and they share two separate-yet-entwined sub-plots. The author suggests when you see the >o< symbol, the reader alternates between the two books--since I did this, I am doing a shared review for the two books.

I recommend readers also purchase both books and alternate between them to get the

Follow Vervain on her journey and you can really get into it. I love that the descriptions of things are JUST ENOUGH to give me a mental image but doesn't ramble on and on in description. The spoken content vs descriptive content is almost 50/50 So there is a TON of great interaction to really give these stories flow. You can't get any better than Any Sumida!

Godhunter book 11

Vervain is back in Faery with her husband the king of fire. There is trouble with a Capital T . The lands are changing season, something not done in millennium, so are some of the Fey. A murder framing Vervain. War, intrigue as well. This was a great book , loving this Godhunter series!

Book 11 and I can't take anymore. The soap opera drama/plots is played out. I'm not a series fan and I now find Vervain and her story tiresome.
I'm no longer interested.

Saves the day again

Darkness invading fairie again, oh my. Vervain accused of murder, trouble does find her. Seriously though she gets gorgeous clothes, with clothes like that, I think I would wear dresses. Amy certainly knows how to describe things.

I am enjoying this series, however it continues to have a number of issues with grammar and spelling/typos

From the first book "Godhunter" - which I downloaded free from amazon - I was completely and utterly hooked. I love these books so much, especially now they've split in two, to fully delve into each side of Vervain's life. The "timebending" ring is a totally genius device. Though it boggles my mind when I actually try to think of how it works without the added side effect of throwing up paradoxes all over the place. I'm just so ecstatic that there's a whole book of her life in Faerie. Her metamo ...more

Again Amy has created a world full of unique characters to be admired and that grab your heart so that you must find out what happen to them. I would high recommend reading this with it's partner book Into The Void as the author recommends not only does the story flow more cohesively bit it is fun too. This book was one that was hard to put down as the plot grabs you right off and you need to find out what happens next. It is amazing how invested I found myself in the character well being as the ...more

I love The Godhunter series. Vervain is hilarious and I couldn't wait to read the next one every time. These books were awesome. Arach is my favorite. These were very well written.
Vervain is being framed for murder. The Fae think she is killing them along with making their seasons change again. However, that's not true and Vervain must find the real killer before it is too late.

This time Vervain is beyond frustrated with everything going on and I don't blame her. I hated how some of the Fae treated her and I was really glad when they figured it all out. This was another great addition to this series and I look forward to many more.

The spelling is a little bad (wrong uses of your, you're, to, too, etc.).. but the books are all so awesome! I downloaded the first one for free and I was hooked. I like how she split up time in the God Realm and Faerie into separate books. I have to admit, Faerie is my favorite.

Lovely story!

What an amazing adventure. I love Vervain and her men. Her adventures and sense of humor are perfect for my favorite types of books. I can't wait to read the next book.
