3.5 "honey for the heart, spicy for the loins" stars!!

A very good bisexual MMF menage book that skillfully combines the genres of both sweet romance and delicious porn. I could only read one sex scene at a time because it had me on fire. The most wonderful combination of gentle tenderness and erotic bliss.

This is the second of a series and although you can read this as a stand-alone I wish I had read the first in the series in order to get an understanding of how this loving triad came to be.

I LOVED it! An amazing continuation of Liam, Kat and Hunter’s arrangement. Now that Hunter has accepted his feelings for both Liam and Kat, they now have to deal with how to become a family. I am fascinated by the dynamics of their relationship. The dialogue between them is open and honest, and without fluff!

Hunter is still struggling with how to keep their private life separate from his Marine life. This brings up a lot of issues with his reassignment coming up. Liam is battling his own insecu

Now that they've settled (a little) into regular life, Kat, Liam and Hunter have to figure out how to make the day-to-day of life work for them all. Insecurities and secrets start to grate on the relationship they've all decided to have together. But when things come to a head, will they all end up together or will someone feel that they are really needed in this threesome?

It was interesting to see how much Kat and Liam were willin

Two months have passed since the events in ‘Ménage on 34th Street’ that brought Katrina, Liam and Hunter together. Two months that brought them a level of happiness none of them thought achievable, but didn’t solve all the practical issues resulting from their unconventional relationship.

Hunter knows he is with the two people he wants to spend the rest of his life with but is also sure that this relationsh

Dial M for Ménage was a great sequel to Ménage on 34th Street. Whereas 34th Street dealt primarily with the sexual aspect of Liam, Kat and Hunter’s budding relationship as they reunited after a decade apart, Dial M addresses more of the non-sexual aspects as they move forward. In this installment we see each of them deal with their individual issues as the attempt to move from a married couple and single guy to a family of three. As if their personal issues were not enough of an obstacle, Liam’s ...more

The Review

Kat and Liam are married and they have invited Hunter, a long time friend, into their hearts, bed and life. Hunter is a Marine, so he wants to keep their relationship a secret. This bothers Kat and Liam but they will accept his terms if it means keeping him. They are even willing to move and follow Hunter when he gets his new orders.

The continuation in the story of Liam, Kat and Hunter’s arrangement in what is next. Hunter is struggling on how to keep his marine and personal life apart from one another then add then strain of the others… This was a page turning read that I wanted find out more and what was h

I loved it! I was able to read this from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review! I wish I would have read the 1st book in this series before this one, but since I didn't, it was no big deal. I was able to catch up rather quickly. That being said, I instantly fell in love with this Threesome and can't wait to go back and read the first book. The story was hot and the sex hotter. There is something about 2 men and 1 woman that is extremely sexy. Emily Ryan-Davis did a great job with this book. ...more

I liked Menage on 34th Street. I LOVED this follow up. It could be read as a standalone story, but I'm glad I had the Christmas novella introduction to this triad relationship.

I enjoyed this follow-up just as much as the first. I think I just love a great read, where the characters don't assume that passion and chemistry is going to magically make the relationship great. These three work and learn and I can totally imagine them continuing to do that even after the book ends. They don't have a HEA, they have a fantastic life together. And the sex continues to be super hot.

I'm unsure...

Why the title is what it is but I enjoyed the book. The characters were realistic. The story was not just wham bam thank you ma'am sex. There were emotions involved. I'm going to get more by this author. I did not read the first part of the series but didn't feel like I missed references. I will try to get it out of curiosity though.

I was super excited to see that there was a follow up to the novella Menage on 34th Street. I was intrigued enough to request it and see how the trio had made due & how they were getting on after the tete of the Christmas reunion.

I enjoyed this story and loved how well written each of the characters were. I felt however, like there were a few q

Not sure how many people know this about me, but I have two authors who usually knock my socks off with their m/m books, not because of the sex scenes, but because they deliver a story that is deep, emotional and meaningful while giving us characters that I can not only invest in but find I fall in love with. Ann Lister and Cassandra Carr are those two, but today I add a third, Emily Ryan-Davis. She took three beautiful people and made a story that captured my heart from page one.

This was posted at Tsuki’s Book Blog on March 2, 2014.

This past Christmas I read an anthology containing five (or was it four?) holiday themed erotic romances. One of them "Menage on 34th Street" by Elise Logan and Emily Ryan-Davis, really stood out to me. I'm a reader of menage and I always want to read the stories in which there is actual discussion about the ins and outs of being in a committed relationship. It's difficult with two people so imagine more than two!

We first met Liam/Kat/Hunter threesome in Ménage on 34th Street. Gone are the miracles and thoughts of Christmas. Inserted are relationships…husband and wife plus one.

The dynamics of this threesome not only heats up but brings more intensity into the relationship between the three. A

VERY GOOD: The characteristics of a 4 star book include: a great story; I loved the characters; and there was an interesting plot and unique story elements; there may have been a few odd things kept the story from being amazing. I would read it again and I would recommend it to a friend.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

In most romance novels, the emphasis is on the guy and girl falling in love and living happily ever after. But I’ve always been curious about that happily ever after. How does a couple make their relationship work amidst their job responsibilities, friendships, family and more? Epilogues are great but they really don’t quench my thirst for more. Well Dial M for

This is the continuation of the love story first introduced in Menage on 34th Street. Unfortunately I had not read that story so there was a little catching up to do. When I realized that they had a prior relationship it was not hard to pick up where this one started.

Holy hot salsa. this book was roasty toasty in many many ways. The scenes were amazing. but more importantly the underlining concept of love and acceptance was wonderful to see. Even if they all had their insecurities and doubts about where they stood in this threesome relationship the love was there.

I enjoyed the Christmas novella that finally brought Kat, Liam and Hunter together and I knew I wanted to see where it went from there. Unfortunately, I was left feeling like this was lacking a little. I think I wanted more relationship development. We got some, which was great, but I felt like there could have been more. I liked that a lot of the early insecurities of being in a ménage or really any serious relationship were covered. I wanted to really delve into Hunter’s situation a little mor ...more

Intense read!! I think that this was a realistic and excellent look at what a triad could go through after the HEA that I got in the first book. I can imagine that there would be insecurity about 2 of the 3 people involved loving each other more than they love you or that you were coming between the 2 people that you love above all else. I also found the fact that they kept their relationship private between the 3 of them more realistic. You would hope that everyone in your life would understand ...more

I did not realize that this was book number two in a series, so at first I was a little bit lost, fortunately I caught on quick to what the storyline is and I really enjoyed reading it. Liam and Kat are a happily married couple, but feel like they are missing something in their lives, so they invited Hunter into their marriage and hearts, after the honeymoon period. I did read the first book and all in all it was a good read. The scenes were hot and the visual imprint was nice. I mean Liam and Hunter..who wouldn't want that eye candy above you!!! Or anywhere for that! I did feel like there could of been a little bit more said about Jennifer and why things happened the way that they did. To me there was something missing in this book. I didn't realize that this was the second book in a series, so I was a bit lost at first. I had some catching up to do, but once I figured out who everyone was and how they fit, I totally enjoyed the book. It's a wonderful piece of erotica that doesn't exploit the lifestyle choices of the characters, and portrays their M/M/F menage in a realistic light. Emily Ryan-Davis has done a great job in bringing the realities of a menage relationship to the forefront and honestly addressing them. Her char ...more

I didn't realize that this was the second in a series. While not imperative to read the first one before this one, I think some of the events in this story would have made more sense to me with a little more context. That was scorching. Like, I'm surprised my device didn't implode. I didn't read the first installment where they got together, so I feel like I missed a lot of the relationship and had a hard time figuring out the roles they all played. Lack of communication is a big problem I have with books and that's why this book was knocked down a star. The second star comes from the fact that it didn't seem like Hunter was at all invested in the relationship. I get that he wa

First of I should say that I didn't know this was a part off a series before reading it. With that being said about a quarter the way through this book I almost lost interest. This book shows what happens after the exciting newness of the relationship is over. I was disappointed with that. But after learning that this is the second book it all makes perfect sense.

I had hoped that this one was better than the first, but it seemed like all the same issues the trio had in the first book were brought into this one. None of them were secure in their relationship or with each other. Plus there were all sorts of drama from their teen years that popped up. I was glad how this one ended, glad that they seemed to get past things, just wished that we would have gotten to see it.
It was so good to read the next chapter of Kat, Liam and Hunter's story. Just enough realism and angst. Didn't really enjoy the continued drama that LIam's foster sister brought. Smoking hot sex scenes. Watching their relationship grow and evolve. I would love to read another volume of their story.

You should definitely read the first book "Menage on 34th Street" before this one. The context makes Dial M for Menage a richer, deeper story.
