Good for getting off the ground and hitting the deck running

If you ever want to get into a new craft or skill, you can always count on "A Sunset Book"

Techniques and tools to get started in Quilting.

In the Glossary Patchwork is described as “Designs formed by small pieces of material sewn together, usually in the form of a square.”
The quilt is “The finished product, or the process of sewing the layers of a quilt together using small, even stitches in a decorative design.”

One design is a Crazy Patch Racquet Cover.

A very 70's peek into quilting. Basic projects, and yes, all very 70's. I do like the Tree Nap Quilt project, which is a small quilt that looks just like a tree - who wouldn't want to take a nap on that? And the Ote-dama bags are pretty cool. Other than that, be prepared to see some pretty awful patchwork ties, bags, and even a hand painted and quilted vest!
