While somewhat too academic, this was an enjoyable read about applying creative approaches from other fields to building more energizing work places. The book explores incorporating thinking from theater, libraries, urban design and high intensity workplaces to create a workplace that better fulfills the human needs for autonomy, connection and comfort.
