Patsy uses her own experiences of powerful prayer when she moved into the Spirit Realm to teach us how to do the same. She can even show the fall of the Soviet Union as a win in the spiritual realm, with no shots fired. The ideas that the spirit realm is a place of rest, where all fear, time and despair fall away and the whole picture can be seen, as well as many things that are or are to come that in our human senses, we would have no way of knowing, are inspirational and comforting. Warning of evil at work in the spirit realm, and the battle over us helps to keep us focused on Him and learn to pray from a position of victory. The whole book points to the need to be ready and willing to answer Him, join in His will in prayer, and do what He is calling you to do, to receive the blessing.
