Once you start you will finish in one setting so get comfortable 😊. Skye comes home from work to find her boyfriend cheating on her with her sister no less right before Valentines Day, he even bought gifts for her sister but throughout their relationship he didn’t like the fact that she was a curvy girl and so packing her kitty leaving packing. Deciding to finally get dressed in the little black dress which her ex. forbid her to wear considering it showed too many of her curves heading to the bar. Silas sexy as al get out silver fox at the bar when the most beautiful women walks in he notices so many can’t keep their eyes off of her including him until he watches her go to the ladies room and a man follows her know he isn’t up to no good and good thing he follows because her no good ex. was choking her for leaving him but not on Silas watch. After saving her she comes to thank him instant attraction and the magnetic pull have them headed to his penthouse and a pulling that won’t let go until she is called into work for a meeting where she is being accused of embezzling when in reality her boss told her to do it now she is being forced to prove it oh and she find out Silas is the owner of the company but when they start working together will they find who stole the money, will it be who they suspect, does her ex get the message especially after a night in a holding cell, and has she found peace and happiness with her much older man?

Silver Fox was a mixed bag for me. The story itself was good and I loved Skye’s mischievous cat. The hero was delicious and I loved how he took charge in and out of the bedroom. However…
🤦🏻♀️ I know that this is a sexy novella not to be taken too seriously, but I just can’t get past the numerous pop culture references. That is a sure fire way to get me to dislike the book. Between coronafication and yeet .. the author also mentions Zade and Addie from Haunting Adeline.. what? Why? It’s not endearing. It’s annoying. It ages the story for no reason.
The book also begins with a nontrigger trigger warning.. it lists things that are not included in the story. Why?? What is the purpose of this??? I’m in my thirties, I don’t need trigger warnings and think they are spoilers so to also have a nontrigger trigger warning is absurd!

I loved the instant attraction and connection that Silas and Skye shared! ❤️🔥 it even had a little plot twist and don’t worry it wasn’t left on a cliffhanger or anything! So if you want a quick spicy read for this Valentine’s season this might just be for you! 🫶🏽

I’ve never read anything by Stevie Sparks before, so I had no idea what to expect. I will definitely be looking into the author’s other books after this!
Silas was completely and utterly swoony. He was her protector, and he refused to let anyone treat her badly, not even herself.
Skye was a total sweetheart. She was gentle and kindhearted, and I loved how her confidence grew by the end of the novella.
Silas and Skye’s sizzling chemistry made for a fun and fast paced read. It did have some angst, but nothing too overwhelming. I’d definitely recommend!

Skye was a total sweetheart. She was gentle and kindhearted, and I loved how her confidence grew by the end of the novella.
Silas and Skye’s sizzling chemistry made for a fun and fast paced read. It did have some angst, but nothing too overwhelming. I’d definitely recommend!

Finally, a great novella! This has a great plot, storyline and characters! Skye has the worst day ever when she walks in on her boyfriend cheating on her with her sister…. And on Valentine’s Day no less. She leaves and goes to a hotel where a hot, older man saves the day. Things become hot and heavy between the two. I loved the additional storyline too with happenings at work. This was great and I loved it!

This book was a fun short novella! It was a little cheesy at times, but it was a fun read. It was steamy and fast paced but still with good plot and I loved the subtle Valentine’s theme.

I was lucky enough to get an ARC for this! So my review is given freely.
This was a really spicy and cute (in the aww look at them kinda way) where the girl upgrades big time and doesn’t even know it.
I normally hate miscommunication in books but this one had me laughing!
I loved everything about the *clears throat* office scene.
Definitely recommend for a quick valentines day fun read. But it’s also good year round though.

This was such a good, quick read. For being such a short book the author did a fantastic job at blending a compelling storyline, fiery passion, and great characters.
In this novella Skye has the worst Valentine’s Day ever when she walks in on her boyfriend cheating on her with her sister. She ends up at a hotel bar where an older and very attractive man saves the day.
I loved Skye and Silas together and their chemistry was off the charts. I also really loved Axi, Sky’s Siamese cat companion. He added a touch of humor to the story.

Love, love, love!!!! If you only have time for one Valentine’s Day-themed novella this month, read Stevie Sparks’ “Silver Fox.” It’s 105 pages and worth it. I knew it would be from the first chapter. There are few books I’ve said that about. I would reread this even if it weren’t Valentine’s Day. What ends up being the worst day of Skye’s life turns out to be the best; coincidentally, it’s Valentine’s Day. And when Skye meets Silas and they get together—Wow! Y’all, he’s pierced––enough said.

Well for Skye this is what happens to her. So to not only have this happen she's also had a crappy day at work. So she grabs all her stuff....also her cat 🐈 oh my this cat!!! Such a cutie!!! She then checks into a hotel, at this hotel she puts on a sexy dress and she heads down to the bar. Only her ex finds her and attacks her on the way to the restroom.....but luckily Silas is there to stop him from going any further!
After the attack they talk for a bit at the bar..... Silas is offering Skye a night of pleasure and to have revenge on her ex. So she happily accepts and wow! Boy oh boy!! This is where it gets delicious.....Silas is definitely book boyfriend material, my god I fell hard for him! Also. Skye is such a wonderfully strong FMC she also had my heart!! The spice is spicing and off the scale hot!! Let me tell you when I say Silas is book boyfriend material....he not only makes Skye feel like the most beautiful woman in the world....this man has tattoos and also a Prince Albert piercing....if you're not sure what that is I suggest go look it up lol 😏 plus he falls in love with the cat!!! I mean this man is everything!! I love the fact that Skye was a bigger woman too I love stories that feature women with curves as I'm a curvy woman myself it just makes me smile!
This was perfect for Valentine's Day and I can't wait to read more from this author. I honestly wanted more from these three....Skye, Silas and Axi her goofy Siamese cat 🤣he was everything the author promised us. Please go check out this book and author, I swear you won't be disappointed.

Silver Fox was about Silas Silver, the CEO and owner of Silver Mobility, and Skye Davis, an assistant to the logistics director of Silas' company.
After having had a bad day at work, Skye returned home to find her boyfriend and her sister doing the dirty on the sofa...and it was Valentine's Day. After kicking them both out, she filled a suitcase full of her things, picked up her cat and the cat's belongings, and went to a hotel to figure out her next move. Since it was her boyfriend's home, she'd be looking for new digs.
While at the hotel, she decided to go to the bar for some downtime. Sometime later, Brett, her now ex-boyfriend accosted her, only for him to be yanked off her by Silas and taken to security to be dealt with. After a while, Sky and Silas ended up spending the night at his place.
There was a good storyline and plot in this book and, even though it was only a novella, it had enough angst, drama, and intrigue to keep the reader interested to the end. The spicy scenes were enjoyable, and the emotional rollercoaster was full of just enough twists and turns to make the book worth reading.
Both of the main characters were well-developed, and mature, and had room for growth where needed. There was no push/pull between them, and the craziness that surrounded them kept things flowing smoothly.
I gave this novella a four-star rating instead of a full five stars only because it wasn't a full-length novel. Otherwise, it was a really good book.

Upon kicking them out, Skye checks into a hotel with her best friend, her idiotic cat, Bryaxis (love this name choice!!) and decides to get dressed up and go to the bar in search for revenge. And revenge she gets ;)

The way he swoops in and takes care of Skye like she's his from the get go, no wonder she swooned so hard. AND he has a connection with the cat? SOLD! I really liked the way Skye took everything in her stride and kept going, with all the shit being thrown at her too - great FMC!
The only thing in the entire book that gave me pause was the page of triggers that were NOT present in the book. I just didn't get listing subjects that could potentially trigger readers right from the start when it wasn't relevant.

This is the first time I’ve read anything by this author, and it won’t be the last! She made a fun and exciting story, which was smut-filled! Skye walks in early, from her job, to find her boyfriend banging her sister on Valentine’s Day. She takes her cat and some essentials and leaves the apartment they shared and goes to a hotel. She gets dressed to the nines and something her boyfriend never would let her go out of the house in and walks into the hotel bar. Her boyfriend tracks her down and is in the process of assaulting her when a dark savior comes to her rescue. Silas can’t stand to see a woman being abused, but particularly a woman that looks as fire as Skye. He takes care of her ex, and then they go and have a smoking hot filled night. Things are not as they seem, and Silas has been holding some secrets from Skye. When they all come out in the wash, will they be together?
