The Amazing Adventures of Superman is a fun new series for very beginning chapter book readers. There are three short chapters. The text is written in vocabulary that most superhero fans will not have a problem with. There are numerous colorful illustrations throughout to fully engage the reader. This story also has a great moral - teamwork is better than selfishness and fear.

DC comics does a great job with it's young readers books. This is one of 4 books in the Amazing Adventures of Superman Titles. I couldn't resist it at the library because it has one of my favorite characters: Hal Jordon. This is a nice little story with some great action and it explores the importance of teamwork. Very Cute ! I will be getting the others in the series.

An easy reader for superhero fans! Nice big words with sound effects done in comic style letters. Superman and Green Lantern team up to stop Sinestro from destroying the city with large yellow insects.. Has a message of teamwork. This is a new illustrator to DC, his characters aren't perfect but pretty good.
