Not even sure how I came across this series. After reading the reviews for Kiss of Ice, I didn't think I'd like it, so I bought only Kiss of Fire. I liked the book from the beginning, but as soon as I met Annata and Christophe, I had to stop and read this book and then Kiss of Ice. I'm so glad I did!

This book was a great introduction to the couple and laid out their issues nicely. Annie was annoying as hell, but I liked her and understood why she acted the way she did. What I didn't like is the

Recommends it for: Romance Lovers
The hero was an unlikable, self-entitled brat. I don't like my heroes calling women bitches and daring to use that hated c--t word! He didn't stop there, he thought it was cute to grab the heroine from behind and scare her half to death. He wasn't laughing when she smacked the shit out of him. He was quite pissed, though he asked for it. However, he saw himself as the injured party. Okay, he was the injured party and deservedly so! What saved this book for me was reading both their viewpoints.

I loved this book because the female character didn't take any crap from the spoiled brat of a 'man' ...more
The enemies-to-lovers trope is my favorite and I love this couple's history. Christophe is the charming preppy trust fund baby who happily takes the ambitious ball-buster Annata's abuse. I only wish that the author completes her last book of this series, Kiss of Life, so I can get a final peek of this couple's life together. ...more

Argh?! Going through their loooong roller coaster type of relationship was too much for me! My heart was always in a tight grip thinking of the time they've wasted with their on-off-on love affair. BUT since I'm such a sucker for HEA... Why not? ...more

I wish I'd known this book was out before I read Kiss of Ice. I loved the passion between Christy and Anne. I felt the heartbreak when they parted. I think I can reread this book again and feel something else! Loved it! ...more
