This helped me understand the "power of the spoken word" a lot better. It's explained in a format that wasn't' whimsical or ridiculous sounding. It simply made sense.
I am a sucker for any book with the word "million" in the title. I like other keywords too but that is for another post.
This is not one of those get rich quick books or a prescription for making a million. But it lays down some interesting concepts on how successful people think. I resonate with a lot of the ideas in the book - positive thinking, affirmations (though I have not tried them), helping others, sharing, random acts of kindness.
It is a small book so it is a quick read. It is quite enjoyable since I like this kind of storytelling.
The book has explained some of the most profound ideas using a simple yet engaging story that makes you wanna finish the book in a sitting(considering it's a short read too). This book has got something for everyone. If you already know the concepts, you would re-discover them and would make you think for a moment. If you don't know, well, you are in for a great ride.
One of the my favorite lines from the book is - "Be careful what you wish for"
