Okay, annoyed within the first five pages. Good job, book! The authors intro starts with some random comments like: 'Do you hiccup regularly?' and 'Do you have lots of wrinkles?' 'You're probably not eating enough greens!'
Oh please! Maybe I'm just influenced by Dr Greger too much, but what's the science? Are these things even related to green consumption?

I like that the recipes are quick and easy. Nobody could argue with the benefit of adding more leafy greens to your diet and the correlation to improving certain conditions. I usually juice in the mornings but will try these recipes for a week and see how I feel. I love salad so maybe my story won't be as dramatic as some the the testimonials in the back section.
