DJ Ritz Harper used every trick in the book to become a media darling in Drama Is Her Middle Name , shock-jock Wendy Williams’s exposé of a life she knows better than anyone. Playing a clever trick of her own, Williams left her heroine on the brink of death at the end of the novel. Now the second installment of the chronicles reveals what Williams’s readers are dying to Is the Bitch Dead, or What?
The drive-by shooting that brought her down forces Ritz to look back on her climb to the top and the people she loved, lost, used, and abused along the way. There’s the brief dalliance with Tracee, her best friend, and the romance with a man with some secrets of his own; the loss of her beloved Aunt M; and the recent appearance of the father who abandoned her and is now demanding a financial payoff and fifteen minutes of fame. At the heart of it all is Ritz’s need to figure out where the real-life Ritz ends and the radio bitch begins.
For the huge audience hooked on The Wendy Williams Experience and readers itching to find out what happens to the over-the-top star of Drama Is Her Middle Name, Is the Bitch Dead, or What? is packed with all the irresistible shocks and insider dish that make Williams the hottest voice in America today.

NO this Trick ain't Dead. I Knew That when I picked the book up. How could she be dead and this is only Book 2 of a three part series??? But I digress... As you can tell by the extraordinary amount of time it took me to finish this book, I DON'T EVEN CARE IF SHE'S ALIVE!!! Sorry. But I Don't. The writing in this crap was awful, and it was BETTER than the first one, if you can believe that. Hunter/Williams kept repeating the same six phrases Over & Over Again til I wanted to pull my hair out. Where was her editor??? A First Time Novelist could have NEVER gotten away with this level of redundancy. Are the rules "Different" when you're "Famous"??? Ritz is a Trip, True That, but the writers tried So Hard to make her unlikable that I ceased to care if she lived or died. That's not a Good Look if you want your readership to return for the next installment. I can see where they are setting Ritz up for an "Epiphany" of some sort, but it would go over much better if Ritz had some Redeeming Qualities to begin with. In the Meantime... Wait for the movie. On Free TV. Something tells me in the hands of a good scriptwriter, with Wendy Williams playing her literary alter ego, this will be a GREAT Summer Film.
This book is objectively terrible. Definitely in a fun way at first but then we lost the momentum. The sex scenes were unforgivable (the first book didn't have them, so I was not expecting that.) I will be reading the 3rd and final installment because I bought it at the same time as the 2nd book. I enjoyed this book in a way, and I would recommend it for bored Wendy fans.
if you like hot garbage in book format, you'll love this. I honestly picked up this book because the title is amazing but as soon as I saw Wendy Williams' name attached to it, I just knew it wasn't going to be great. I feel like this is the type of book that's supposed to show continual character development but no, Ritz Harper is a garbage person and is unapologetic about it. It get's tiring reading about a character who's so incredibly unchangeable and unlikable. Now this book is highly entertaining, but even more so, it's frustrating as hell to read.
in this book a girl named Ritz Harper lives in new york she has a full time job as a spokesperson on the radio while being on the radio she has a life of her own she has to worry about her sick aunt
