Absolutely amazing cookbook. The only thing is that it is spiral bound and a little hard to use (it should have thicker spirals and more reinforcement for pages), but I love it to death. I seriously am not using any other cookbook than this. I love learning about the health qualities of the foods I am eating, the graphics are great and it is so fun and easy to read! For $50, it's a lot though. I think $39 is more fair. If you get this or borrow it, make the onion soup - it is to die for. Also, I love the millet porridge and the slow cooked chicken and the spinach rice!
