Some interesting ideas. Not sure how I feel about all of it but the book got me thinking.

I was lucky to win this book by Julia Middleton in the Goodreads First Reads Giveaway, believing it was a book that my husband would be interested in. He described this book as being very well written and hopes to read it again some time.

A must read

This book has helped shaped me in so many ways. It's helped me understand more about myself and in turn understand more about others. I can't wait to share what I've learnt
