I found this book in a DIY library box in Vancouver while on an evening bike ride. The book is a simple read and designed to be easily applied. I finished the book a month ago and think daily about the lessons I learned from it. It has had transformative effects on my well being. His rules for living well are easy to digest and remember. Highly recommend.

This book has changed my life and my way of thinking. I am a better, more successful person because of this book. I think everyone should read this book. You will be a different person after reading this book.

A beautifully written book that teaches us that brightest light is that which is seen through the darkness.

Good read for people who don't understand the Bible. He uses some old age ideas.

Good for people who have stresses.
