This resource forms part of my Interpreter/Translator library. Although not directly related to the practice of translation or interpreting, this book is a must-have for those that work in the medical/healthcare industry in general as it covers an aspect of nutrition and diet: a very common encounter type between providers and patients.

This one of the easiest books to get one on track for counting what one needs to eat better. I am diabetic and carry it everywhere with me to help me stay on track.
