This book started off great, but really let me down. It was just kind of bland and cookie-cutter. I was also uninspired by the devotionals that were included in the book (although I'm typically hard to please when it comes to devotionals). It also had a lot of what I call 'canned prayer' which I'm not a fan of. In general, it is great idea, living your whole life with purpose, eating well, taking care of yourself physically and mentally", but the book failed to deliver.

I started this as part of a support group and kept a log of my meals for months. Now almost a year later I'm still wearing my pedometer every day. I feel much better even if my weight goes up and down.
