The finished projects look a bit sterile, but the directions are nice and straightforward. Good introduction to materials and there are a few recipes. Notably, there is no recipe to make your own fondant. Most of the cakes are decorated nicely, just not anything super creative or unusual. A good book to flip through to get ideas.
