Every school counselor should read this book once because we need to be able to advocate for our profession appropriately. I read this as part of one of the ASCAU courses but even though it is written quite dull I was glad to have read it.

I wish I would have read this in class because it would have made a world of sense! Our professor jumped around a lot in explaining this so I was really confused and overwhelmed about the whole thing. He was also using the second edition in the beginning because that is what he knew. I think this is a good framework for school counselors to follow and I like the changes that were made to the 3rd edition.
