A very thorough yet boring book on modern day labor management from the POV of Employee Stock ownership. I learned about a lot of USA companies that offer employee stock benefits and how they changed their culture to match a collaborative employee ownership model.

When you read more than one book at a time, you will love one and hate the other. This book, well, I didn't quite hate it, but I often read three of four at a time, so anything could happen. But, at the very least, it sets out to do what its subtitle hints at.

I think about writing a book myself and I'll call it, "Riding a Bike: Why Knowing How is Good For You". There will be no instruction on how to ride a bike.
