This is a beautiful heavy duty paperback book of Breads from all over the World that is my go to book on breadmaking.

I especially love the English muffin recipe along with the Naan and Pita bread. I have also made the rye bread and the onion loaf. The recipes are for the metric system, must be a british book, but they are very easy to calculate.

The pictures are beautiful and very helpful for you to figure out how to shape the breads.

There is a lovely section for bread machines that is very helpful.

I really love this book and highly recommend it to anyone that loves to bake.
