5 "Messy is Where the Good Stuff Lives" Stars!

Sweet Southern Betrayal, the third book of Robin Covington's “Boys are Back in Town” series, featured attorney, Teague Elliot. Known as a “fixer” among the elite power brokers of Washington D.C., he worked at one of the most prestigious firms and had political aspirations. He stayed away from anything he considered “messy,” like relationships. While attending his sister, Taylor’s wedding to his best friend, Lucky, in Las Vegas, he met redheaded bombs

I was lucky enough to read an advance copy of this book, and once again, Covington doesn't disappoint. She creates sexy characters with real flaws that make them appealing, endearing and true to life. The sparks fly fast and furious in Sweet Southern Betrayal-- make no mistake, Risa and Teague are hot, hot, hot. This is a great installment of this series. If you're a fan of these "boys" books (and really, how could you not be?!), you'll devour this one.

Bring on Beck! I love "the boys"!

Sweet Southern Betrayal is book 3 in the Boys Are Back In Town series by Robin Covington. Being a fan of the series, I was thrilled at the release of book 3. However, I had a reservation - how could the author get all of Teague's goodness in a mere 161 pages? It cannot be enough!

After reading the book, my response is: Small packages, big bang. Holy Smokes! Is my Kindle on fire?

In a good romance novel sometimes it's about the relationship between characters, sometimes it's about whether or not w

It was a good read. I enjoyed the couple and the plot. I also enjoyed seeing the two past couples. I love how far Teague's mom has come too. I'm a huge Jane Eyre fan so the end with the Jane Eyre proposal was so sweet. I totally swooned!

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book and holy moly, Robin didn't disappoint me. It was one of those books that I just couldn't put down once I started reading it, and it kept me flipping pages till the very end.

Teague is so amazing and Risa made him the man that he wanted to be. I loved Jack and Lucky, but Teague will always be my favorite.

She had a troubled past and he only wanted the partnership at the law firm. She thought she didn't fit into his plan and he thought that

Sweet Southern Betrayal was such a great read. Enjoyed the story line and characters.

Loved Teague and Risa, their chemistry was off the charts!
Only a very special woman could make Teague question his well laid out plans for his future and Risa was that woman.

The story line was entertaining and I found I couldn't and didn't want to put it down until I was finished.

The Boys are Back in Town has been a great series and I highly recommend it, thank you Robin Covington for writing and sharing

Haven't read first 2 books in the series, but it can be read as a standalone.

I really liked the story, liked all the characters, actually I haven't got one bad thing to say about the whole book. The writing was fine, the plot, the whole development with romance... Everything was great.

But when you put mob in a book, me as a fan of mobsters, I just want more development on that side of the story. More action in that part, because it was actually important for the plot.

But I r

When I read my first Covington book last year, I knew that she would become an auto-buy author for me. When I got the chance to be a part of the blog tour for this release, I jumped at the chance to read more!

Teague has big plans for himself: partner in his law firm, and a political career he hopes to take all the way to the White House. All he has to do is continue on the path he has already laid out for himself, the straigh

When I finished this book, I did so with a satisfied sigh. Robin Covington has done it again with the third book in the Boys Are Back in Town series. If you haven't read the first two books, why not ? They are awesome and this is a great addition.

This is Teague's book. The determined lawyer who has a set plan to get him to the top of the political hill and is working hard to make it a reality. What he never expected was to wake up with a stranger in Vegas and later find out he's married to her.

So, I got a chance to read Robin Covington latest book Sweet Southern Betrayal. I must say that I really enjoyed this book and I loved the chemistry between Risa and Teague. Talk about opposites.

You have Risa Clay who is a Vegas showgirl who has a side business of selling "sensual marital aids and exclusive nightwear for couples"(fancy way of saying sex toys and lingerie). She grew up waiting for the rug getting pulled from underneath her or waiting for the other show t

Oh Risa you just have no filter girl, "my phone. From the empty condom wrapper on the bedside table and what I can remember, I'm anxious to get a look at my pictures to see what else we got up to last night." Teague the poor guy doesn't really know proper protocol when it comes to Vegas and waking up naked, "eff, this is a mess." He took a deep breath, gathering his thoughts. "Excuse me if I don't know the protocol. I never do this kind of thing either." Sometimes when you're stuck between a roc ...more

Teague is just so delish. He's a professional man with a promising career and so much raw sexiness, he jumps right out of the pages. Wait, that could have just been one of my fantasies. :-p Risa is a woman sure of herself and what she stands for in a bit of a pickle with the wrong people. The chemistry between these two characters is enough to cause a nuclear explosion. I am never disappointed by Robin's books but this one...well.. let's just say that you'd be crazy not to seek out this gem for ...more

Wow. Just wow. This was my first Robin Covington book and I'm itching to go find everything else she's written and read it. Like, now.

Teague was hot. Like, really hot. And thankfully it didn't take him too long to realize he was stupid to let her go. Of course, it took a phone call from the mob for him to realize his stupidity, but he got it ;) Risa was a great heroine. She was strong, and had such a good heart, wanting to do the right thing. She just got mixed up with the wrong people trying t

Loved it! What a fantastic book!

Great storyline, likeable characters, strong dialogue, and some panty-melting sex scenes! I couldn't stop reading until I reached the end.

This was my first book to read by this author, but now I'm itching to go back and read the others two books in this series (which I'll be doing ASAP)! Robin Covington has definitely found herself another fan.

It is beautifully written and the perfect story for Teague. We knew it would take a special woman to get his attention and you won't be disappointed! Sweet Southern Betrayal is the third book in The Boys Are Back In Town series but is my first book to read by Robin Covington.
