~ARC REVIEW~
There are 12 short stories in this anthology, mostly smutty but a variety of different tropes, types of stories, and characters. I can truly say there is something for everyone so if you don’t really vibe with one then don’t worry, there’s way more!!
I originally signed up for Molly Doyle’s Scream for Love. I loved Scream for Us, Melt with Us, and Bloodshed and this one did not disappoint! I love Quinn and her men but I especially loved how Molly dipped into the males pleasure and sexuality and how they all just love each other. No egos or male insecurities, just feeling good. Jensen and Micah together are so f***ing hot!
Her words “Hearts not parts” really resonated with me and summed up perfectly this whole anthology.
Spice level always 5 🌶️
There were a few other stories that I absolutely loved and would definitely read more of it they came into full books:

i dnf’d the weird ass gummy bear story but ignoring that, i loved this anthology. i originally went into it just to read molly doyle’s story about our 3 masked men, but i fell in love with the other authors and read the entire thing

This anthology was so fun! I was lucky to be selected for an ARC of this collection of spicy stories! I was delighted to discover some amazingly talented authors through this anthology.
I discovered new tropes I didn’t think I would like and ate them up. This anthology had a little bit of everything you can want out of romance. I was happy to find out some of the stories were parts of larger projects from some of the authors and I am fully invested in reading more.
The stories varied and length and several had me wanting for more. A few were a little slower and there we varying levels of spice. But I loved it.
If your looking to discover some awesome new authors, get a taste of some tropes that are different than what you would usually choose I definitely recommend reading all the stories in this collection.

I loved this anthology! I was drawn to it because I love that so many authors were all included in one book. Each story made me swoon 😍 after I read the first story, I couldn’t wait to read the next one and I loved all of them!
The spice was on another level! I loved it so much because it never felt like too much yet was super satisfying. If you enjoy spicy romance, definitely add this collection to your tbr!

I went into this read with only knowing two authors and looking forward to their story the most. HOWEVER, as I started reading through these, I fell in love with so many of these short stories. I know have a list of authors and stories that I need to double back to when the rest of the book/ other books come out!
Each story, was of course the typical romance, but there was seriously almost every trope. There’s a little something for everyone! And the SPICD??!!! Phenomenal 🤌🏽👏🏽 I just wish they were all longer 😭😭

It was good story that gives a little inside of each character. At first was a little confused on whos who but as each chapter goes by based off of the characters PoV i was able to separate whos who. I do see that they all care for eachother and that they want to be there for one another.

This is the first time I am reviewing an anthology, but what better time for a smutty anthology of romance than Valentine's day???

I was given the chance to ARC this collection a few weeks ago, and something I found so exciting was the fact that it didn't have a linear story to follow. So if I wasn't in the mood to read one of the short stories, I could put it down and try something else. Honor Bound: The Heiress and the Protector by K. Elle Morrison
Mafia heiress and bodyguard romance 😵 Victoria Gram is set to go on dates to settle down and “breathe life” into the next generation of the New York Bratva, but she has other plans… including her two-year bodyguard, Jason.
Girrllll… I love a mafia romance. I ate this up. I loved Victoria and Jason’s banter, the chemistry was perfect, and the spice was excellent! This short little mafia romance will be going on my list of favorites.
Final Thoughts
If these are your jam, then the Love Sick Anthology is perfect for you! Short, smutty stories with no linear following for when you just want a quick read.
I did give this a three star review because I wish there was something in front of the stories (on the short title page) that had a blurb or summary. That way we, as readers, can flip through the anthology and get to the story we want without having to read it. Maybe that’s just the academic in me, but 🤷♀️

· I LOVED this book! It was such a GOOD time 🤣👏🏽. 12 novellas into 1 book from multiple different authors! All Valentines Day themed & the PERFECT spicy read for the holiday 😉. These books were about 40 pages each & had a WIDE variety of tropes & stories! Some of the stories went straight to the point 🔥, and some were so wholesome and left me wanting MORE ❤️.
· A couple of the novellas I didn't vibe with, but I pretty much loved all the rest! Especially Scream for Love by Molly Doyle (which was exactly why I picked up this book in the first place). She was SERVING that perfect Valentines spice 🔥😮💨👌🏽.
· I really loved this anthology bc it gave me a great opportunity to discover more authors & I loved that it was supporting the Trevor Project ❤️.
· If a spicy Valentines book sounds good to you then I 100% recommend you read this one!

Molly just doesn’t miss! This story was SO FRICKIN HOT! The bar scene?! Damien?! I mean jaw on the floor just everything yes! If you love Quinn and her men then this definitely won’t disappoint!

I went into this completely blind, sorta knowing a couple authors but nothing more.
I also read in order, because I'm that kind of reader. I was shocked at how much such little stories could get me hooked so hard! The way I wanted more, all the time. I want to know their lives and future and stories.
Some of these had a clear TBC vibes, and I need to write that down and keep an eye on upcoming novels from those authors.
A collection choc full of a little something for everyone, every trope, every coupling possibility; it was all there.
A great pallet cleanser in between longer books.

Love is LOVE.
This anthology is a collection of short stories, by some new to me authors - and some I’m familiar with, so it was an exciting experience to explore what else is out there.
I’m a bodyguard trope ho€, so I ate that up real quick, but, there’s also delicious why choose, hockey romance; M/M & F/F.

This was a ARC read.
Now there were some stories I loved reading and enjoyed more than the others, but they were all good reads.
Each stories had their fair share of spice and some were represented on the lgbtq which was good read.

When I saw that this anthology was coming out I jumped on the chance to read it. There were so many great authors attached and gave me so many new authors to look into who I hadn't read before. I love an anthology and this one was so great, I came for Molly Doyle's story at first but I loved Harper Ashley's story as well.
I should also note if you have any kinks they are most likely in here and you might find a new author to read at the same time. A win win if you ask me!

Each story was fantastic in their own way and I enjoyed each and everyone one of them. I definitely have a few favorite but all in all this is a fantastic book for a fantastic cause.

I’m so thankful for receiving the arc of this collection. I went in only knowing Molly Doyle but I finished having enjoyed so many other amazing authors. This was truly the perfect collection for Valentine’s Day!

Drew was the masculine one I felt and dominant compared to shiloh he was super protective of him and also of his friendship with his brother they way he marked himself for shiloh was in a way possessive to how he felt for shiloh and giving himself fully to him.
The storyline was good it was fast paced due to it being short story but felt you got enough information to make it still good read I liked the ending and especially how the brother “found out” added little bit of light humour.

I received an ARC of Love Sick to read and review. This was my first time reading an anthology, a book made of up 12 short stories. I enjoyed most of the stories in this book, there were a couple that did take me a little longer to get through than I had expected.

The fact the MMC who is a bear shifter gets turned into a gummy bear is quite entertaining. The “Claiming” was hot as down under, the “you’re mine” tickled my brain in all good ways. There is a some squirting mentioned in the story, which was a nice addition to the already high level of spice.

Each chapter, with the exception of the final two, follow a different set of couples with the final chapters merging everyone’s stories. Each couple is working towards keeping the spice alive in their marriages. All the stories seemed relatable in their own ways while providing a ton of giggles and fanning of oneself. The stories are spicy and carry a lot of humor along the way. Definitely a good story to finish the book on.

MMMF romance, Why Choose. My first read of Molly Doyle and it does not disappoint. Recommended that you read Scream for Us first. Super short and spicy. Applause all around for this short and spicy read. You will need a tall glass of cold milk to calm all the spice from this story. I now know I will need to move some of Molly Doyle’s other stories higher on my TBR list because got dayum, cheese and crackers, her work is addictive.

MTMMF romance. They pronouns are used as well as River using He/Him pronouns despite being female. Pet name used is Kitten, which I love. This short story does come with trigger warnings, which obviously means it’s going to be good. LOL
The story starts out spicy and steamy, the first chapter….holy spice! Over all this story was cute but I do wish i had a little more. The characters seem to have a lot of love and care for one another. Hopefully there will be a full story for these characters as there is a ton of room from development.

MFM romance, Boyfriend and Boyfriends Best friend. Bonus scene to Sins of Seduction. The FMC and the best friend butt heads but inside the bedroom their connection is fierce and leaves you wanting more. I enjoyed the Jax kind of coaxes Raven and Cruz together in the bedroom, knowing the connection and feelings they have towards one another. Without letting insecurities get in the way. It’s a refreshing way to read. Note to self: Buy more books for these characters because *fans self*….yaaaasssss.

MFM romance, Hockey romance. The story starts off on a sad note due to Bridgette being dumped by her Fiancé. It is quickly saved with the help of two of his teammates. There is a dash of body shaming from the ex-fiancé, but Roby & Koslov resolve that with lots of reassurance in the form of words and touches. They really make her feel beautiful. Pet names used Koshechka (Kozlov) & Minette (Roby) meaning Kitty (kitten?), which I absolutely loved the use of the foreign words.

Used the word ‘palpable’ 6 times in the 66 pages of this story, probably the only issue I had with this story. I enjoy fantasy and was a little taken back when this story came up, mainly because of the change in pace. Which was welcomed. The fact the MMC who is a bear shifter gets turned into a gummy bear is quite entertaining. The “Claiming” was hot as down under, the “you’re mine” tickled my brain in all good ways. There is a some squirting mentioned in the story, which was a nice addition to the already high level of spice.

Forever Valentine- Jennifer J Williams
Short stories of different married couples, in different stages of their marriage. Each chapter, with the exception of the final two, follow a different set of couples with the final chapters merging everyone’s stories. Each couple is working towards keeping the spice alive in their marriages. All the stories seemed relatable in their own ways while providing a ton of giggles and fanning of oneself. The stories are spicy and carry a lot of humor along the way. Definitely a good story to finish the book on.

I think this is the very first anthology that I actually read front to back and in order without any skipping. I do appreciate anthologies that go to a good cause like the Trevor Project. While I did receive an ARC, I did go ahead and buy the book as well bc I believe in what they are doing! Onto the review: Man I am so happy that I was blessed with this ARC. I LOVED it! Overall, I’ll give it a 4.5/5. This anthology opened the door to books that I would have never picked up for myself and after posting this review, I will be looking into these authors and their other works. My favorite thing about anthologies is discovering new authors and DAMN! Did this book start off with a bang! I will be adding this author’s books to my TBR now. This book checked off all of my fav tropes in 1 short story: age gap, bodyguard, mafia/bratva. I also REALLY love Victoria’s inner monologues. She really had me all giddy with her for Jason.

I’ll be honest, I think this is the firs MM romance I have read and…I really liked it! Well the romance and dedication to each other part. Shi and Drew are just too darn cute. I do love a bodyguard/security type of book. I didn’t really like the last chapter though. I know it’s hard since it’s a short story but…the lack of concern for the dead bodies while they talk about their love life…rubbed me the wrong way.

I love that she stays in control, caring for the team, never lets anyone see her buck but yet her inner monologue is just so emotional. This is my first hockey romance book in like 10 years and I can’t wait for more of this story!

Ah, finally. This was the reason I signed up so quick for this anthology. I LOVE Molly Doyle so much! If you haven’t read the Masked Men series, I urge you to read that first before reading this. There is a whole backstory to these characters and it’s so worth reading, I promise you!

Damn, I’m so curious now about their backstory. Like…all of them! So far, loving this anthology because it’s introducing me to characters I’ve never read before. There were so many characters for me to keep up with that it was hard to picture the logistics of their…activities, despite the author’s guidance. I do love the after sex banter that they have. They already sound like a family in just the few chapters.

Oooh this definitely enticed me to read their books. I LOVE Cruz and Ravens banter. I’m interested to see how she met Jax and how they even got into this sort of relationship. This book definitely leaves you wanting more.

A very wholesome story! I do love how quickly Mari was able to find a distraction from the pain that she experienced in the first chapter. I hate long dragged out woman-crying-over-man betrayal stories. Besides, who doesn’t love a good latte boy story?! Coffee and love go together so well.

This is what I was the most worried about when it comes to anthologies because there’s always that’s story with a trope/vibe that I’m just not into. I read the blurb and all so I was prepared for what I was going to read but…really hard to get into for me personally. Totally NOT the author’s fault. However, if you’re into a fast paced, grumpy bear shifter that turns into a cutesy gummy bear, then this book is for you! I love shifter romances and this author has a lot of them so I will definitely be checking out her other works with other shifters that are more my speed.

I’m giving it a 5/5 but a very tentative one only because I feel like I am missing out on a lot of backstory! The story reads like a wrap up or a look back on characters of a long series. Despite that, OMG, it was cute, funny, sexy and so many other emotions! I love the difference in couples. I really wish i knew their history because I feel like I would love this even more. And the group texts, let me tell you, I LOVE a good text banter in books!
