Not really a cookbook per se, but does contain some good recipes. The book really has some helpful advice about going gluten-free, and I like how the author uses positives to make the idea palatable. She does get a little too cheerleader-y for my taste at times, but overall it's a good introduction to a difficult-to-follow diet (or "lifestyle," as the author notes). Will probably read the companion book, Living Gluten-Free For Dummies.

If you have a vague definition of what it means to cook gluten free dishes then this is a good basic read. I checked out this book about three years into being gluten free and a lot of this information was a review of what I had learned early in my diet change. But if you are just starting out then this is a good basic reference with a few basic dishes.

Well-written, recipes look good (haven't tried any yet). Only two starts because, if you're not thinking of going gluten free, it's really kind of pointless to read.

I have had to cook Gluten-Free for several visiting family members. I found this book quite helpful. I'm looking forward to trying more of the recipes.
