This book can be read as a standalone and has a happily ever after. There is no cheating between the two main characters.

I think I have a type when it comes to book boyfriends. I like them dangerous, moody and mysterious.
I have been patiently waiting for Constantino's book and let me tell you, it worth the wait!

It is a DARK, enemies to lovers mafia romance with a deliciously written primal kink and the 4th part of the Boston Bloodlines series. I cannot recommend this series more. The characters are amazing, the story line is gripping and the smut will leave you satisfied!

I HAD NOT AT ALL THOUGHT THAT IN ANY WAY, CONSTANTINO MALDONADO WILL MAKE ME SHED TEARS FOR HIM.
But he did and I'm still in shock over how much I'm right now gushing over the man who I once thought would never be redeemable in my eyes.

This book seriously has a high voltage storyline and the writing is so beautiful, that it will dig deep in your hearts wringing out so many emotions that you will be gasping from all the intensity.

From book 1 in this series, we know that Constantino is the betrayer and the black sheep of the Maldonado family. He's not only done the unspeakable but also abandoned his family in their time of need.

So, when I discovered the revelation behind why he did those things, I was so shocked.

And now, when Teddy, his brother needs him, we find Constantino back to take over the family to relieve Teddy of his duties.

But right from page 1, you can see how much chaos Constantino brings along with him but he's also totally unafraid to face any danger head on.

What he didn't expect was the gorgeous doctor to sneak into his life and his heart unbeknownst to him.
Evelyn Moretti was the perfect strong woman to stand up to Constantino, especially with his casual and don't care attitude.

Evelyn Moretti, is a sweet and hard working woman but after her failed marriage to her first love, her faith in men is non existent and moreover she doesn't really have time for anything else when she's a doctor and her life is so hectic.

My goodness, I have to say I needed this romance in my life, I needed Evelyn and Constantino and them being together, in my life because what happens when a dark Mafia prince that plays with danger and a woman who doesn't really care for men right now come together, they form a bond stronger than anything and stand firm with each other.

Add in the War with the Irish that has been escalating and now is at an all time high on the danger quotient, Constantino has to devise plans to defeat them while also ensuring his family's and close folks' safety.

I really felt all the tension that was brewing and everywhere Constantino and his men would turn, they would find themselves under attack or just some other danger.
There's this one scene that just springs out of nowhere with being smack in the middle of danger, that I was so scared with what was happening and how they would survive.

Little Evan, Sebastian's kid was so adorable and he made me smile and cry with his innocent questions and comments.

I can't believe it though that I have actually cried at certain scenes because I felt all that emotional intensity and pain and suffering and I could feel them struggle.
I was really like, oh my goodness, this is breaking my heart.

The ending...Just Wow! It was like a perfectly built crescendo and I was like 😲, what will happen now as there were twists happening left and right and I was getting more and more nervous, just hoping my people to win.

Ahhh... I can't say how much I have loved this one and honestly I have loved all the books in this series and I can't believe I'm saying this, but Constantino and Evelyn's story definitely hit me a bit harder and made me feel deeply for them. What a wild ride. Loved loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️

Mercy, mercy me. I knew I was going to love Constantino. Something about him intrigued me throughout the series, so I patiently waited for his story.

Yes. Constantino may be a bit possessive, but the way I see it, when he sees something or, in this case, someone he wants, Evelyn, he goes after it and will never let go.

Evelyn doesn’t have a great history with men and is busy living that doctor’s life. But once she meets Constantino, he brings out something in her. He certainly knows how to meet Evelyn’s needs. The primal aspect of the story is all about consent, which Evelyn enjoys and doesn’t know is missing.

I love this exciting, suspenseful mafia world Ivy Wild has built and continued with each brother. The story is not just centered around the romance. Still, there is a solid plot with how the brothers are connected, linking them to their father—each having a secret that ultimately shows their vulnerability. Something that their father lacked. And I just fell a little bit more in love with Constantino when he revealed his secret and the sweet, caring interactions Evelyn had with him. “Prince of Carnage” was well worth the wait!

Constantino was someone I really disliked through this series, but I knew my thoughts would change when I read his story.

He is Ruthless, and very cutthroat as he should be as head of a Mafia family. When he meets the beautiful Doctor that helps him, he starts to feel things he never thought himself capable.

Evelyn went through a bad experience and is weary of the charms of men, knowing she was scarred from her past and when Constantino tries to charm her, she fights to not let it seep into her and break down her walls.

The character development for both of them was incredible. Both broken in their own ways but their broken pieces fit together like the perfect puzzle and they both bring out a side of the other that makes them the perfect couple.

This book had the perfect elements of the mafia world with a beautiful (and spicy) love story.

Constantino has been in hiding because everyone thinks he is a traitor for killing an important man, when really he was protecting his brother. He has come back home to takeover the Family Business because all 3 of his brothers have stepped down. Then be gets shot and the person who saves him is Evelyn, a doctor who is trying to figure out who she is after her divorce.

Evelyn wants nothing to do with Constantino, because she knows all the death that he leaves behind him and she is all about saving lives. But somehow she is always dragged back to him to save him and his friends.

The tension and undeniable chemistry they have is fire! She is the only woman to not fall for his advances (well that is what he thinks- in her head she is trying to fight off the connection) and it makes him want her more.

Oh how I would love a 2nd generation of this series!!!!

What an ending to an awesome series! A wild and crazy ride with humor, drama, tears, and all the spicy smut.

Constantino - the final Maldonado brother. He’s wild, mysterious, and full of rage. He’s held so many secrets to help his family. He comes out of hiding to help his family and finds out he can’t hide everything all the time, which he finds out because of a very feisty doctor.

Evelyn - a strong FMC who is a badass female doctor who has been hurt by the people in her life. She is loosely connected to the mafia life through her sister’s marriage. She is called randomly one night to help one of her brother in laws, from that moment on she is able to find herself and a man she can trust.

The way they fight for and against each other is perfect. The angst and “touch her and die” vibes are amazing. Although, Eve does not become the wilting flower; she pushes right back and demands her independence and her wants and needs.

I’m sad this series is over but I am so glad I had the opportunity to read these!!

Prince of Carnage by Ivy Wild is book 4 in the Boston Bloodlines Series. This is the story of Constantino Maldonado and Dr. Evelyn Moretti. Evelyn is Isabella's sister (Isabella Moretti) whose story played out in the First book 'Prince of Vice along with Primo Maldonado. Constantino is Primo's brother and when he gets shot Evelyn is called in to help. But Evelyn is done with drama after her divorce and she doesn't want to be a part of that life her sister has but there is just something about Constantino. Enjoyed this book!

With every book I fall more in love with this series. I am enchanting by Ivy's writing and this amazing world she has created. This was every bit of emotional whirlwind that I expected from Ivy. It wasn't a hardship to love Constantino as I fell hard for him after getting to know him and Evelyn who is a sweetheart. The spice was off the charts and there chemistry smoking hot enough to burn pages. I love how they both grew. There was something that drew me to them and held me captive. I wish the book was longer. Now I cannot wait for what's to come next. Thanks to Ivy for the advanced copy of this mind-blowing read.

OH MY - I LOVED this book!

Constantino is just yummy. And Evelyn - damn she’s so amazing, I loved how she stood up to him.
The loyalty Constantino has for his family and brothers is so good and he inspires that with his men, even with his past.

The chase scenes are 🔥🔥🔥
The scenes with Evan where a mix of emotions and I loved how both Constantino and Evelyn didn’t even question anything when came to him.

Prince of Carnage by Ivy Wild, is the fourth book in the Boston Bloodlines Series, this time it is Constantino Maldonado's turn, we met him in the previous books and he is the toughest and most volatile of the Maldonado brothers, he is known accused of being a murderer and is not on the best of terms with his brothers and the organization for having killed a made man. But when Teddy calls him asking for help dealing with the Irish, he doesn't hesitate and returns home. Being back and in a bar he meets a guy looking for revenge and ends up being injured. When they take him to the mansion and he is treated, he wakes up and realizes that the doctor who treated him saw a mark on his body that he has always kept hidden, so he goes to make sure the doctor keeps her mouth shut. Evelyn Moretti is at a point in her life where she is dissatisfied, her career is no longer what it was before and after having been cheated on by her ex-husband she has no time or desire to invest in a relationship, but suddenly this dangerous man appears to whom she helps and although she knows he is bad news she cannot stop thinking about him. When Constantine meets Evelyn now it is something else that draws him to her and he will do anything to be close. Now that Constantine has returned he must clear his name in front of his brothers and explain why he did what he did, although with the Irish causing problems his attention is focused on taking charge of the Family, but dangers lurk and Evelyn will become a weak point that cannot be afforded, but from which you cannot stay away.
With this story the author closes the Series and does so in an explosive and wonderful way. Together with these two, we live the dangers of recovering the power of a family that its enemies believed was over, but from which, with Constantine at the head, will come bloodier than ever. A story that will keep you on the edge of your seat, full of action and danger, with unexpected moments that will have us shedding a few tears, this installment becomes my favorite of the Series. If you haven't done so, go read this entire series because all the stories are wonderful and the characters are addictive. Totally, and absolutely Highly Recommended!

I knew when I read Prince of Sin that I was going to adore Constantino even though his mafia family had shunned him. I knew that when I finally got my grubby little hands on Prince of Carnage that we were going to learn there was way more to the ruthless killer that is Constantino and my feelings were absolutely right.

Constantino essentially comes back from hiding to take over the head of the Maldonado mafia family and the welcome is, well, less than welcoming. When the rival Irish mafia catches wind that he is back in Boston, what ensues is a war between the families. After Constantino is shot, Teddy calls on the help of his sister in law Evelyn, who is an ER doctor.

Constantino and Evelyn are complete opposites. Evelyn took an oath to save lives and Constantino is a ruthless killer. But what these two have is undeniable and even Evelyn realizes that there is more to the Prince of Carnage.

The spice, the love, the attraction between these two will have you swooning. At least, I was. But I love when complete opposites attract and they are able to balance each other out.

This book was by far my FAVORITE in the series and overall my favorite book by Ivy Wild.
It felt like in this book all author’s intentions and plans have been finally revealed. All characters and PLOT TWISTS coalesce together in the way they were meant to be seen.

This is by far my favorite couple. Their path from dark to light is carved so deliciously.
A doctor who messes with the mafia is bound to get her hands dirty - and Constantino enchants this doctor into a lot more of dirty than just hands in! Actually, this bond between the characters had felt much deeper somehow, more meaningful and mature. It felt true and honest. You feel their souls opening up to each other without words, on a visceral level you begin to feel their connection. These are people who had lost their illusions about life and discovering light in the dirtiest of places feels rejuvenating somehow! Giving each a new inspiration, new direction, new stimulus to live for!

It has all my favorite things - doctor meets mafia, mafia meets romance, romance meets thriller!

This story is SENSUAL, intimate, yet THRILLING and high-paced, but most importantly somehow very relatable to so many different people and their experiences of the past!

I’ve read this entire series now and I truly cannot believe it’s ended. Each book I read made me fall more and more in love with this series. I’ve actually shed a couple tears now that this is the last book with these characters. Constantino is my favorite brother. (don’t tell Teddy)

Evelyn is a doctor and she never wanted to get wrapped up into the world of the Boston Mafia. Being connected to the world through marriage from her sister is a little more than she wanted but when she’s requested to help after a shooting, things get turned upside down. The chemistry between Evelyn and Constantino is undeniable. Neither of them are willing to change to satisfy the other one… or so they say.

This book is captivating, intriguing, intense, and beautifully written. You can’t help but to fall in love with the characters and you won’t be able to stop turning the pages to know what’ll happen next. Not only do i strongly recommend this book, I strongly recommend this whole series. Each book can be read as a stand alone but they mean so much more if you read in order!!! This book made me laugh, cry, and gave me anxiety. It’s a 10/10.

I loved this book and how both mcs (Constantino and Evelyn) were both strong independent characters in their own right and how they brought out the best in each other.
I couldn't put this book down, this book is Constantino's redemption book where he falls in love with the independent dotor Evelyn and has to learn how to juggle his new position in the family, overcoming new changes in his life and accepting that he has done the unthinkable and fallen in love with someone who doesnt immediately succum to his charms.
Evelyn suddenly finds herself mixed up in a world she didn't want a part of but is drawn to.

You guys is there any better way to dig deep into your heart than with Evelyn and Constantino. I mean who else would have thought that in any shape or form that he of all people Constantino would bring such emotions out of us. I mean come on Constantino made me emotional and I’m mind blown he literally made me cry. This story was beautifully written. It definitely dug deep into my heart and I’m sure it will into yours too. Definitely a book you should run and grab and read I mean the entire series is a must read. This one is a definite recommendation from me.

This book perfectly encapsulates everything needed of the mafia world, and sprinkles it around some of the darkest and spiciest romance I’ve seen Ivy write.

Caught in the middle of a mob war, a doctor finds herself. I know that sentence seems backwards but it is true. Evelyn Moretti had become a shell of herself after her husband betrayed her. She worked and she worked, there was nothing else. Until Constantino Maldonado forced his way into her life or rather chased her into his. By opening herself to the carnage he brings, she finds herself again and so much more!

I wanna be chased by Constantino! I’m so sad this series has come to an end but I’m so happy to have been on this journey with the author..

He’s so unhinged that’s it’s perfect. The way the story played out and how everything came into place was amazing. Constantino was meant for this with Evelyn by his side.. the spice!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 .. such a fun and exciting read.. his heart was bigger than I think any of us expected.. I love these brothers!!

Ok, hear me out. Teddy is the best brother , Buttttt Connie. Ugh is the perfect bad boy! I loved Teddy, but man Ivy has made me change my decision with Constantine's story! This is the best way to describe Evelyn and Constantine. After he is shot, the good doc is brought to help fix him up. With him being who he is, she knows she should stay far away but she can’t help the pull, the attraction to the ruthless man.
With the war brewing with the Irish, the secrets and the hot, intense attraction these two have…this book is a must read.

Alright, I was on the fence about Constantino. He seemed like such a hard ass but man he’s such a softy when it comes to Evelyn. He like those chewy/hard candies, once you bite into it its gooey and liquid. Yup that’s Consti. Then once we find out why he is the way he is I totally understand.

Consti and Eve were it! Love their HEA!

What a great way to end a series and bringing in the brothers with their significant others at the end!

Constantino Maldonado fled Boston and headed to South America. Everyone... the Italians and the Irish wanted him head... and that included his own brothers Primo, Giovanni and Teddy. He didn't have time to explain his reasons for killing Charlie, a trusted friend of the family. Too much was at stake.

So now he is in a filthy country with only his fists to provide a living as all the Maldonado crime family money was laundered through legit businesses and his location would be known immediately.

His family was losing traction what with their father incarcerated for twenty years, and Primo handing the business over to Giovanni when he married the woman who defended him in his trial for murder and promised he would step away from the life of crime. Giovanni did further damage trying to take their crime family's business legitimate which only strained their relationship with the Irish almost to the point of war - then Giovanni did a 180 and married a Miami mob boss's daughter. Which meant they dumped the responsibility onto Teddy's shoulders. How stupid could they be? Their happy-go-lucky brother who never wanted to be part of the messier side of the business.

Which is why he was now in Boston lying on the marble tiles of their family mansion with a bullet hole in his shoulder. Teddy called needing help. The Irish were determined to start a war because of the loss of their main income when the Maldonados stopped allowing them to use their shipping company to run guns.

And Teddy had called their sister-in-law Ellie's sister Evelyn for help. An ER doctor who was livid at being pulled into their world.

I have to admit Constantino was my least favorite brother. I didn't see any redeeming qualities in this man from reading books one to three of this series, but Ivy pulled on my heart and sure he's a crime lord, but there were reasons for his actions. So redeemed.

This book is very well written and the characters are fully developed and relatable. Constantino is the oldest of the first-born sons - yes, they were all sons from four different marriages - and any had the right to run their family, but Constantino was the only one who wanted the job. His father was always harder on him and told him the boss could have no weakness, so he fought harder. Only his weakness couldn't be controlled.

Evelyn was enraged when arrived to help Teddy to find out that she was being asked to save the life of a murderer. But she had taken an oath. When he opened his green eyes and spoke in his deep voice she couldn't help shivers going down her spine... too bad he was a murderer because she would love one night with this man.

This book is action-packed and full of danger. This love-hate relationship is steamy hot and full of surprising twists and secrets that make you cheer for Constantino. Loved this series! If you like romance on the dark side I highly recommend anything written by Ivy Wild.

Dr. Evelyn Moretti wants no part of the life that her sister, Isabella, has found herself entangled in after marrying Primo Maldonado, a member of the Mafia. There is something about Constantino that intrigues her after being divorced when her ex-husband cheated on her.

Constantino Maldonado has had to live his life in hiding lately after killing the man who was planning on killing Primo, even though the man was part of the “family”. Now Constantino must figure out who is loyal and if they are ready to vote him in to run the family and restore the power before the Irish try and cause more problems for them.

Constantino has a hard time staying away from Evelyn and will his attraction to her be his one downfall?

This was a really good book and I enjoyed it a lot more than one of the others I read in this series.

Evelyn had gone through a really bad breakup with her ex-husband and all she wanted was to begin her life again with no drama so she did her best to stay away from it all. She had some issues with one of the nurses at work which was taking away from her love of the job and making her feel like she was being analyzed with every move she made. She was definitely independent and a very strong character.

Constantino had lived his life being raised to be a leader yet was forced to abandon that with a decision he made to save his brother. His family’s name and reputation was extremely important to him and he wanted to restore them to what they previously were. He was extremely wary of loyalty and knew he had to get to Declan O’Leary before he got to him.

The chemistry between Evelyn and Constantino was like fire and ice. They were at each other but at the same time very drawn to each other as they intrigued each other. Yet both of them were aware of what their attraction could do to them and have the possibility of weakening each of them. They definitely brought out an intensity in each other.

I liked how the characters grew into stronger individuals because of the other and found strengths that they didn’t know they had. There were moments that were pretty sad in the book but I liked how that shaped them into more.

The ending was really good and I was super proud of Evelyn for doing what had to be done to save those she loved.

I really enjoyed this book and look forward to more from this author.- Rebecca
