While reading the book ‘the Science Behind Unbreakable Parent-Child Bonds’, the only thing appeared in my mind was ‘what a master piece’ The book actually begins with the journey of human relationships through a unique point of view. By diving deep, the reader will be able to discover the hidden links. It offers a conventional parent-child relationship while presenting fresh and scientific view. I am amazed to see how writer has written everything in depth. I didn’t feel any barrier to understand any approach. Indeed, while reading the story, I felt myself lost several times. The selection of words is absolutely perfect. The story is showcasing the scientific facts and logics writer. Writing your thoughts with such detail is nothing less than a magic. It takes a lot of effort. Not everyone can remember and write the emotions with such authenticity. Author is clearly skilled with creativity.

Based on the attachment theory and cognitive psychology Ansh Verma talks about bonds between parents and children.

It was interesting to learn how parents influence personality of children. Parents who have traumas struggle with emotional well-being what affects their parenting styling.
On the other side, when children see parents managing emotions in a healthy way they learn to do the same.

Very interesting that parents who follow stoic philosophy cultivate an environment that encourages their children to express their emotions logically and constructively. Stoic parents recognize that clear and rational communication is a key to build strong connections.
