Bachelor marine Harding Casey was about to face his greatest challenge -- fatherhood. But convincing his expecting -- and reluctant -- bride to marry him was going to be his toughest battle yet!
For Elizabeth Stone didn't know if her jitters were caused by Harding's incredible good looks -- or the fear of marrying without love. Could her intended groom prove that his marriage proposal was about more than giving a name to the littlest marine she was carrying?

This was a sweet and enjoyable read. Harding and Elizabeth are attracted to each other almost instantly and have sex pretty early in their relationship, but they do it with their eyes wide open, knowing that marriage is not on the table. By the time she discovers she´s pregnant, they had time to better know each other and fall in love in a believable way.
Wonderful sweet warm read, adored Hardings but Elizabeth made me really angry but later she realized her mistake, the re-union was so sweet and epilogue was cute. Its a keeper for me

I think this story's a bit unfair towards Elizabeth. She told Harding that she can't handle the loneliness and moving around constantly. But Harding keeps trying to convince her by asking almost everyone to coaxing her so she would say yes. I was like, dude really?! I know he can't quit being marines but why would he soften like Mike does? I mean, twenty years isn't enough?
That's why this book isn't exactly my favorite. Harding didn't sacrifice a thing for being with Elizabeth. He still a marine and he got the girl. But Elizabeth? She's pregnant, alone and god knows what's going to happen with her when he's away. Totally unfair to me.
This isn't the first time I've read this book. I read it several years ago, but had to add it to my collection. :) I've always been a big fan of the this series, so I've been digging them up so I can add them. I really recommend the series as it's sweet and a feel good collection. Some of the best books to re-read on a rainy (or snowy!) afternoon.
Because sometimes you just need fluff in your life. Not written badly, not written well but it did the job of something super easy to read before diving back harder reads.
