Ok- normally I wouldn't include a text book in my reviews but this one I just must...Throughout the book, there are examples of how to solve equations and graph problems in Excel. These are called Excel Tutor. The problem is that the tutor is NOT user friendly at all and doesn't give a step by step instruction (click here, find standard equation symbol here, six sigma gets graphed here) etc. All it does is say "put the problem in Excel" THATS A TUTOR??? I don't think so. Most of the rest of the book was easy to follow. Would I recommend it? Hell no.
