His clients include banks, insurance, internet and software companies. Luke regularly lectures on organizational change, leadership and client service to a variety of businesses, governmental, community and non-profit organizations and has been published in a number of banking publications including The American Banker. Luke lives in North Carolina with his wife of twenty-seven years, Teresa.
