Hi everyone, my name is Ursula and I've been vegan/vegetarian my whole life. This VSG book project started when trying to help my father heal from cancer. To do so, while at the top of my career, I left my job as a Character Animator to research anti-cancer diets in hopes of saving my father’s life.

This would be a very good book for a beginning vegan but not so much for an experienced vegan. That being said, there were some really great recipes in it that I've added to my rotation. I'm passing the book on to a friend who is just beginning her vegan journey.

Very informative and creative

This is a great guide for healthy vegan eating. This should help with my new years resolution of eating better.
