As a Protestant, I found this to be an interesting window into the ongoing challenges the Catholic Church is facing with increased lay ministry and decreased ordinations. Personally I'm all for Hahnenberg's proposals, but I'm not sure how well they would go over / have been going over in the Catholic context.
