This is the sweetest Christmas romcom! I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a sweet and fluffy insta-sparks romance, with amazing banter, relatable characters, and the perfect Christmas time setting.

In this story we meet Asher a large and in charge entrepreneur, a man who has more money than he knows what to do with. But a man who while grateful for his money is feeling a little lost in the Christmas hustle and bustle, without anyone to celebrate it with. That is until a frantic, but beautiful woman begins calling his name in a panic, when he approaches her though he realizes that our panicked FMC, Rosie, is not calling his name but the name of her son who has wondered off! Once the young child Asher, aka AJ has been located, Asher finds himself enamored with this young family. And we dive into an amazingly romantic story between Asher and Rosie that will warm even the grinchiest of hearts this Christmas!
I absolutely adored this whole story, it was such a sweet and romantic plot! It will have you wishing for Christmas dates just as toothachingly sweet! And the characters!! I loved all of these characters! This story is very insta-love but I never find that to be a problem 😂. And Asher and Rosie were just amazing! Asher is a pretty alpha character, he wants to take care of those he loves even if it sometimes means overstepping some boundaries. But he was willing to hear their concerns about his overstepping. Honestly Asher just gives off the best knight in shining armor vibes. He wants to take care of those he loves whether it be with money, fighting for them when no one else will or just keeping them warm and safe at the end of the day! And then you had Rosie, she was strong, determined, and the best mother to her child. But she was also hesitant to fall in love again after rejection piled on top of rejection had hit her hard. Together though, they were just the most perfect couple! They just had the sweetest and most romantic moments, that I’ll admit had me wishing for a date night ASAP.
Overall, this was just an amazing book!! It put me right in the Christmas spirit and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a sweet insta love romance, between a billionaire entrepreneur and a shy, but struggling single mother with the most adorable little boy!!

As a child of a hard working single mom, I wish we had an Asher. I loved watching Asher fall hard for Rosie and her son and Rosie slowly coming around to loving the man who wanted to give them a home and every part of himself. A wonderful read and great addition to the InstaSpark series.

Ms Moreland you have outdone yourself with this book! It has ALL the feels and then some! So many emotions running through the pages of this story. Two people leading two very different lives. A single mom, a rich man, one chance encounter and an amazing love story has begun! This is a cute, sweet and hot little read!! Loved it!!

Where is my Asher??? Gosh these insta-love romance are my weakness and mixed with holiday romance, and single mom, it’s just *chef’s kiss*. This book is absolute perfection in a story. Melanie Moreland did it again, making falling in love with the hero in a snap. Asher is so swooning, overstepping every time (he can overstep with me anytime lol), protective and so caring. This billionaire does everything for Rosie and AJ. I love it. Rosie is one of the most resilient and strongest single mom I ever read, always putting her son first, putting her needs in the last place. I love how she fall in love with Asher little by little, one day at time, one gesture at time. He falls first her fast hard and really freaking spectacular. And the passion and romance is fantastic to read. This is the kind of story I always want to read in Christmas. The perfect wish list.

I thought that this book read as smooth as silk yet still managed to pack a potent emotional punch. Sweet, swoony, and Christmassy - loved it!
What an adorably sweet and delightful read this was! I’m pretty sure I was smiling the whole way through.
Rosie and Asher were meant to meet. Call it chance, or kismet, or whatever you want, but it was supposed to happen. The sparks flew between them and it was a delightful thing to witness through Melanie’s words. The way Asher was so besotted with her from the instant he met her was cute.
Both his passion and determination were fierce - he wouldn’t give up trying to convince her they should be together. The need he had for her and AJ to be a part of his life was strong.
And let’s talk about the darling AJ who stole my heart from the beginning. His little body held such a big heart and I fell for him hard. So precious! And the way Asher cared for him was beautiful. And all the sledding scenes? Here, take my heart already. *SWOON*
I sighed with contentment and happiness many times while reading this. And I’m positive I said AWWW out loud quite often. Because Miss Melanie has a way of creating such lovable characters with the biggest hearts and the best families. I love how she writes these heartfelt stories that grip your heart and squeeze. Asher meets Rosie when she is looking for her son who so happens to be named Asher as well. Little Asher or AJ as he is known was somewhere in the department store that they were at where Rosie couldn’t see him. Asher found him right away. It’s the holiday season and there were a lot of things for AJ to see. There was just something about Rosie that drew Asher to her as well as AJ. It’s fast, but they had an instant connection that grew to more. They become a family and get their happy ending.

The Wish List is an epically sweet, insta-love romance between a single mom and a lonely wealthy man. Their story has opposite sides of the track vibes and so much wholesome love!
Asher is a busy working man with a heart of gold. After meeting Rosie and her son AJ, he quickly realizes how lonely and empty his life is. He's a natural caretaker and instantly feels a connection to the mom and son. Rosie is a phenomenal mom who works two jobs to provide her son with everything he needs. It's always been just the two of them so when Asher comes along and wants to help, she's unsure how to accept it.
I loved how Asher falls for both Rosie and AJ. He's so great with her son and shows her that he's serious about them. The way these two love is beautiful. If you're looking for a low angst, high swoon read, look no further!

Asher is a busy working man with a heart of gold. After meeting Rosie and her son AJ, he quickly realizes how lonely and empty his life is. He's a natural caretaker and instantly feels a connection to the mom and son. Rosie is a phenomenal mom who works two jobs to provide her son with everything he needs. It's always been just the two of them so when Asher comes along and wants to help, she's unsure how to accept it.
I loved how Asher falls for both Rosie and AJ. He's so great with her son and shows her that he's serious about them. The way these two love is beautiful. If you're looking for a low angst, high swoon read, look no further!

This was such a fun book! I’m so glad a received it as an Arc. Isla is leaving for two weeks in Hawaii with her best friend. The only problem is her bff missed her flight. Now she’s sitting in the middle seat next to a super hot guy and slightly grumpy because she has to do the trip alone. Cal is off to Hawaii for his sister’s wedding when a super cute and spunky girl becomes his seat mate on the plane. In a strange twist of events the two end up in the same hotel and agree to adventure together. The one adventure they didn’t bank on was falling for each other. Now they have to figure out how to make thinks work with over 2000 miles between them.

This is a great book to kickoff the Christmas season. It is a Hallmark movie wrapped up into one wonderful story. The magic of Christmas is in this book. It shines so bright in Asher and Rosie’s story. I swooned from the opening pages to the very end. Asher is undeniably perfect… well, as close to perfect as a man can be. Their insta-love romance is what dreams are made of. They both fulfilled each others wishes that they didn’t even know they had. It was just so sweet and had the right amount of spice to keep you warm on a cold, snowy night.

Delightful and warm, low-angst story

I’m so giddy for another Melanie Moreland story - or in this case M. Moreland - and another addition to the Insta Spark series. For those unfamiliar, the Insta Spark stories are unrelated, standalone stories that are sweet (but still sexy) and happy with minimal angst and an initial spark of connection that quickly grows into something more. They are the romance equivalent of a delicious cup of hot chocolate or a big, smooshy hug.
Our couple, Asher and Rosie, have a chance meeting in a store before Christmas and the spark of attraction is immediate. Rosie is a struggling single mum and Asher is a rich CEO - and luckily Rosie’s natural reticence is countered by Asher’s persuasive, take-charge attitude. Meeting Rosie has shocked something loose in Asher and he’s not planning to let her or her son, AJ, out of his life.
Rosie and her 5 year old son only have each other in the world. While she’s definitely hard-working and having a difficult time making ends meet, she’s never portrayed as a poor-me, sad type. I found her likeable, fierce and I totally understood her wariness when it came to a relationship with Asher. I’m not sure I would trust someone to be there for me after doing it all myself for so long.
It’s hard not to like Asher - although why you wouldn’t want to is beyond me. He’s always been a bit of a loner - just getting on with life and happy enough with it. But once he meets Rosie, all bets are off. He’s definitely got a bit of alpha about him and while he’s taken aback by his reaction to Rosie, he’s not planning to question it. Despite how much it annoyed Rosie, I liked it when Asher crossed the line and took decisions based on his heart. It was sweet for such a man to be so totally floored by love with someone so unexpected.
This story is - like others in the series - easy to describe as sweet. But I mean that more because of the lack of drama in the story than because of the heat level. They’re perhaps less explicit than many other books but there is still a lot of sex and it’s still hot and heavy. But it’s also sweet in that our two main characters have such a depth of feeling for each other that it’s more than just sex.
These stories are low angst so there’s not a whole lot of obstacles on Asher and Rosie (and AJ’s) road to their happily ever after. But that doesn’t mean that the story is simple. I found it very engaging and raced through it, picking it up whenever I got the slightest chance. But what I find best about this story, and others in this series, is that you can very easily imagine it happening to you. It’s a meet cute, immediate attraction that turns to a healthy, loving relationship. With the feel-good emotions that come alongside it, you can’t help but feel a positivity throughout and after reading this tale. In fact, this was one of those books that after you finish, you forget that you have and want to keep picking it up and finding out more about the lives of Rosie, Asher and their family.
This is a really fun and sweet story that definitely gave me warm, snuggly feelings. It’s not technically a Christmas story but it starts and ends during the festive period and it did give me the lovely vibes that only the best Christmas stories do. Whether you’re a Melanie Moreland fan or you’ve never read her before, I think you’ll like this deliciously warming tale. 5 stars.

If you love the holiday season like I do, then this is a MUST read.
What's not to love? It's the most magical time of the year and also happens to be my most favourite holiday. I love any story that is centred around Christmas; it’s a time for family and friends to get together and celebrate.
I thoroughly enjoy Melanie Moreland’s style of writing and was captivated from the first to the last chapter of The Wish List. Melanie Moreland delivers in every way. Her characters are so diverse and yet so easy to love.
Asher Hart is a man who has no joy or light in his life and fears he may never have it again.
Single mum Rosie Duncan and her son AJ bring light into Asher’s life. Spending Christmas together is healing for Asher brings them all happiness.
The Wish List was full of so many feel good moments that my face ached from smiling so much; the love is so strong and heart-warming and the banter between them made me smile.
When Asher realises he wants more, he puts it all on the line. The question is will Rosie be brave enough to let him in completely and get her Christmas wish?

This story is everything I want in a holiday romance. Swoons, Kisses sneaked under the tree, and family waiting for you.
While I loved the MCs equally - Asher brings the butterflies - it was the FMC, Rosie I loved. She was the perfect balance. Relatable, vulnerable, and strong. She has built the best possible life for her and her son. While she can't deny the chemistry, she's also not going to allow Asher to just take over. Asher learning to take his cues, lead to the couple finding compromise and love.
AJ - he just was the embodiment of the holiday spirit. All joy and laughther.
If you are looking for that perfect Hallmarky, feel good, laugh and a few tears (that epilogue), look no further than this story for the season!

Asher and Rosie's story was the perfect addition to the InstaSpark series! I couldn’t help but fall in love with these two, and little AJ is too adorable for words. This is a sweet and heartwarming holiday story with a little spice and an instant connection (InsaSpark) that will have you filled with emotions and holiday spirit!

I really dislike billionaire romances with MFCs that constantly put themselves in a box that they are not good enough for the MMC bc they aren't rich. "This relationship will never work bc we're from different worlds." I especially hate it when the MMC is telling the MFC, as in this book, the WHOLE time, how much all of that doesn't mean anything to him. He constantly shows he with actions how much he cares for her and still she goes on with the same BS. Then, we add to the nonsense by having our MFC decide she'd rather her and her small son stay in her freezing apartment when the heater breaks than accept the offer to go to her boyfriends warm condo. For why?!? Cause he's rich and of course we are too good for that! She just had to prove that she could do it on her own. How about make sure your son is warm and not worry about how much money your bf has or doesn't have. Give me a break. I usually enjoy Melanie's stuff, but this one set me off... as you can tell. LOL
