Not your casual summer beachy read...rather, it's a semi technical introduction to Amateur Radio. It covers subjects of interest to Hams ranging from contesting, DXing, UHF/VHF operations and a host of others. It provides internet references for further study and investigation as well as helpful operating tips. I expect it to be a great reference as my Ham radio affliction grows.
