G. Hüther leitet in schönem Stil durch Erkenntnisse der Neurobiologie (ausgehend von der Evolutionstheorie) zum Thema Angst, so aufbereitet, dass man sich jeweils in Aspekte weiter vertiefen kann, die besonders interessieren. Meiner Ansicht nach ein rundum gelungenes Buch, das inspiriert, seine Ängste etwas mehr als freundschaftliche Begleiter zu betrachten.
